★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quiser ver seu animal morto, deixe lá. Não salvam o animal. Preocupam-se só em internar para tirar o máximo de dinheiro, e no final, te devolvem o animal sem vida. Não recomendo. Desde que eu era garoto (tenho 55 anos), minha mãe levava os animais nesse local e nunca foram salvos. A gente insiste no lugar pensando que mudou, mas continua a mesma coisa incompetente. O pior: as outras veterinárias não ficam atrás!
If you want to see your dead animal, leave it there. Do not save the animal. They are only concerned about hospitalizing them to make the most of the money, and in the end, they return the lifeless animal to you. I do not recommend. Since I was a boy (I'm 55 years old), my mother took the animals to this place and they were never saved. We insist on the place thinking that it has changed, but the same incompetent thing remains. The worst: the other veterinarians are not far behind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Dra. Malena é excepcional. Maravilhosa! Porém nunca esqueço quando minha coelha precisou ser eutanasiada na clínica, em 2020. Fiquei chorando desesperada na recepção, e uns 3 funcionários homens que estavam lá também fingiam que eu não estava lá e continuaram conversando e rindo normalmente. Foi de uma insensibilidade tão grande que isso me marcou profundamente.
Dr. Malena's service is exceptional. Wonderful! But I never forget when my rabbit needed to be euthanized at the clinic, in 2020. I was crying desperately at the reception, and about 3 male employees who were there also pretended I wasn't there and continued talking and laughing normally. It was so insensitive that it marked me deeply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita bagunça. Procurei o hospital para aplicar a segunda de três doses de uma vacina, está com atraso de 6 dias, pois o cachorro estava tomando remédios e fui orientado a atrasar a segunda dose e a univet não aplicou.
No próprio site da fabricante da vacina diz que a segunda dose pode ser atrasada em até 7 dias. Me deram um número de telefone que seria do veternario chefe da univet, dizendo que eu teria que falar com ele. Falei com ele e ele disse que não teria problema e poderiam aplicar a vacina. Falei de novo com o atendimento da univet e me falaram para falar de novo com o vetetinario e marcar um dia com ele, pois a veterinária que estava lá não ia aplicar. Enfim, não me atenderam e me fizeram de palhaço, fazendo ligar para várias pessoas, como se isso fosse a função do cliente, e não deles. Bagunça total.
A lot of mess. I looked for the hospital to apply the second of three doses of a vaccine, it is 6 days late, because the dog was taking medicine and I was instructed to delay the second dose and univet did not apply it.
On the vaccine manufacturer's own website it says that the second dose can be delayed by up to 7 days. I was given a phone number that would be the head vet at the univet, saying that I would have to talk to him. I spoke to him and he said that it would not be a problem and they could apply the vaccine. I spoke again with the univet service and they told me to speak again with the vet and schedule a day with him, because the vet who was there was not going to apply. Anyway, they didn't answer me and made me a clown, making me call several people, as if that was the client's job, not theirs. Total mess.

EM MENOS DE 24h, FOI CONSUMIDO UM VALOR ABSURDO SUPERFATURADO. O MODUS OPERANDI DELES É GANHAR DINHEIRO NO INTERNAMENTO. A CLÍNICA É SUPER DESORGANIZADA. OS ATENDENTES NEM SABEM ATENDER UMA CHAMADA TELEFÔNICA. O SISTEMA QUE A CLÍNICA USA É MUITO ARCAICO.
O RESULTADO DOS EXAMES MANDAM PELO WHATSAPP. AS IMAGENS DE RAI-X NÃO FORNECEM NO PAPEL POR SEREM DIGITAIS. O ULTRA-SOM NÃO EXISTE IMAGENS. OS OUTROS EXAMES ELES MANDAM EM ARQUIVO JPEG. TUDO DESORGANIZADO. TIRAM UMA FOTO DA TELA DE UM COMPUTADOR MAIS VELHO QUE O MÉDICO.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN. IT IS A STEAL! I MADE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R$800.00 AT THE ENTRY AND THE MEDICINES THAT MY CAT USED, WHICH COULD BE USED IN 3 CATS. IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AN ABSURD OVERCHARGED AMOUNT WAS CONSUMED. THEIR MODUS OPERANDI IS TO MAKE MONEY IN HOSPITALITY. THE CLINIC IS SUPER DISORGANIZED. THE ATTENDANTS DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE CALL. THE SYSTEM THAT THE CLINIC USES IS VERY ARCHAIC.
THE RESULTS OF THE EXAMS SEND BY WHATSAPP. X-RAY IMAGES DO NOT PROVIDE ON PAPER BECAUSE THEY ARE DIGITAL. ULTRASOUND DOES NOT EXIST IMAGES. THE OTHER EXAMS THEY SEND IN JPEG FILE. ALL DISORGANIZED. THEY TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SCREEN OF A COMPUTER OLDER THAN THE DOCTOR.
