★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa promete refinanciamento de empréstimo e redução de parcelas, só que na verdade gera um novo empréstimo para quitação do anterior. Só que com isso amargem vai pro caxaprego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam empréstimo nesta empresa,fiz e me arrependi.Confiei e fizeram várias renovações e quando vi minha margem estava quase negativa,pois lá tem profissionais ruins que faze renovações com mais endividamento.Quando me dei conta estava mais endividado do que antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligaram para o meu Pai dizendo que era do banco dele marcaram de vir na casa dele quando chegou aqui não era de banco nenhum, pegaram toda a documentação dele dizendo que vão quitar a dívida do empréstimo consignado dele mas não deixaram nada com ele, nunca Atendente quando ligamos e a mulher fez meu Pai confirmar que era apenas em 72 duas vezes quando ela dizia para gente que era pra confirmar só pra quitar mas que as parcelas seriam apenas 58. Uma mentirada só. O 0800 que eles dão não existe e o número fixo também não!
A consultora não atende e nem retorna mais as ligações. As únicas provas que temos é as ligações gravadas com uma tal de Sabrina a gerente e com a mulher que veio aqui, tem a câmera daqui de casa também mas fora isso nada mais tenho deles. Pra mim isso é uma quadrilha que faz empréstimo no nome dos outros.

Eles mandaram uma proposta de redução dos meus empréstimos e quando vi fizeram foi mais empréstimos na minha margem. Agora ligo pra empresa eles não tratam bem os clientes e o gerente que me atendia sempre está em reunião ou não se encontra, não recomendo pra ninguém. E o que eles estão fazendo é errado e fraudulento, vou entrar contra eles na justiça, porque não consigo resolver mais nada com eles.

No mês de Setembro de 2020, a consultora Ingrid iniciou uma negociação de financiamento comigo, seguimos todos os passos até finalizar o primeiro acordo, autorizar o financiamento. Depois disso, a gerente Jéssica entrou em contato e relatou que a Ingrid havia sido afastada da empresa. No entanto, o segundo acordo, amortização das parcelas, não foi cumprido, gerando um ônus de mais de R$ 20.000,00
de parcelas futuras e juros. Fiz contato várias vezes pelo SAC e Whatsapp, no decorrer de um mês. Às vezes me respondiam e tentavam me empurrar uma negociação diferente da acordada inicialmente, mas o prejuízo era certo.
Logo, a empresa não se responsabiliza pela negociação dos consultores ou é uma jogada para atrair clientes e ganhar dinheiro.
