Me formei em 2013, me disseram que meu diploma não estava pronto pois precisava fazer a colacao de grau, mas já tinha feito, depois disseram que tinha que pagar, sendo que já paguei,l e agora disseram que a Unopar contagem foi comprada pela faculdade Pitágoras e lá ninguém sabe do meu diploma. Não indico pra ninguém essa faculdade. Terei que ir no procon e entrar na justiça por causa de um diploma.
 Good afternoon to all. I graduated in 2013, they told me that my degree wasn't ready because I needed to do the graduation, but I had already done it, then they said I had to pay, and I already paid, and now they said that Unopar Count was bought by Pitágoras College and nobody there knows about my diploma. I don't recommend this college to anyone. I'll have to go to the procon and go to court for a degree.

Primeiro comentário: Mal iniciei a minha graduação na Unopar e já estou decepcionadíssima com a qualidade do atendimento. Liguei inúmeras vezes, em vários números fornecidos. O único que chamou e teve atendimento eletrônico foi o de DDD 43. Mesmo assim, me deixaram esperando algum atendente, chamou durante muuuiiitooo tempo e desligaram o telefone! Pelo visto, esse problema na falta de qualidade de atendimento, não é de hoje, visto que tem alunos reclamando nas avaliações faz anos! Se vocês querem formar profissionais incríveis, primeiro, SEJAM profissionais incríveis!

First comment: I barely started my graduation at Unopar and I'm already very disappointed with the quality of service. I called numerous times, at various numbers provided. The only one who called and had electronic service was DDD 43. Even so, they left me waiting for an attendant, called for a long time and they hung up! Apparently, this problem in the lack of quality of service, is not new, since there are students complaining in the evaluations for years! If you want to train amazing professionals, first, BE amazing professionals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente sigo insatisfeita com a faculdade e o coordenador, várias tentativas de contato telefônico, por e-mail, whatsapp, presencial, e todas sem sucesso. Em Dezembro paguei uma taxa para reaproveitamento de matérias, e não fizeram o processo interno, não consigo acessar meu portal, e não me dão retorno algum. Desde o inicio do ano não consigo acessar meu portal, não consigo estudar, e colocaram meu nome do serasa, sendo que nem me auxiliam referente minha matricula. Infelizmente terei que resolver junto a justiça, pois amigavelmente não tenho retorno algum.
Unfortunately, I'm still dissatisfied with the college and the coordinator, several attempts to contact me by phone, by email, whatsapp, in person, and all without success. In December I paid a fee for the reuse of materials, and they didn't do the internal process, I can't access my portal, and they don't give me any feedback. Since the beginning of the year I can't access my portal, I can't study, and they put my serasa name, and they don't even help me regarding my registration. Unfortunately I will have to resolve it with the justice, because amicably I have no return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infraestrutura péssima... salas quentes sem ventilações nem se quer tem ar condicionado, paredes horrorosas de sujas com falta de uma boa pintura; aspecto físico deixando muito a desejar. Tutores são ótimos mas falta um biblioteca descente, falta organização secretaria... ainda tem muito a ser feito pois todo ínicio de semestre tem confusão com matéras e ou mensalidades ou ambos. Espero que melhorem toda infra estrutura principalmente as salas de aulas, os aspectos visuais da instituição e a organização.
Terrible infrastructure... hot rooms with no ventilation, not even air conditioning, horrible dirty walls with a lack of good paint; physical aspect leaving much to be desired. Tutors are great but they lack a decent library, they lack secretarial organization... there is still a lot to be done because every beginning of the semester has confusion with subjects and or monthly fees or both. I hope they improve the entire infrastructure, especially the classrooms, the visual aspects of the institution and the organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava muito animado para cursa engenharia elétrica na unopar, tinha recebido bastante feedback de alunos dos anos anteriores falado sobre o laboratório se bom e te bons professores, mas me sinto frustado pelo atendimento e a falta de compromisso de lá fui 3 vezes já para tenta visita o laboratório e conhecer a estrutura da faculdade.
A primeira me apresentação o preço e ficaram de me liga para marca uma visita"nunca ligaram". A segunda vez tentei de novo conversa lá e falaram que estavam com problema na internet e não tinha como olhar nada referente ao curso e marcou comigo para ir em uma quarta feira as 18:30 pegou meu número e falou que entrava em contato e que eu podia vim nesse dia, fui pela terceira vez nesse dia e nesse horário e lá se encontrava fechado. Decepção pura...
I was very excited to study electrical engineering at unopar, I had received a lot of feedback from students from previous years talking about the laboratory if good and good teachers, but I feel frustrated by the service and lack of commitment I went there 3 times already to try to visit the laboratory and get to know the structure of the faculty.
The first time I presented the price and they kept calling me to schedule a visit "they never called". The second time I tried to talk again there and they said they had a problem with the internet and there was no way to look at anything regarding the course and he scheduled me to go on a Wednesday at 18:30, he took my number and said he would get in touch and that I would I could come that day, I went for the third time that day and at that time and it was closed there. Pure disappointment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta faculdade tem me trazido transtorno desde o dia que eu entrei, por último eles me ligam 3 dias antes das aulas do segundo semestre começar avisando que meu curso de nutrição que é na parte da manha mudaria para a noite e não teria outra opção. Eu falei que não teria como porque trabalho esse horário , então pedi o estorno do valor que foi pago de matrícula em janeiro tendo em vista que não fui em nenhuma aula, e solicitei o cancelamento da matrícula para que não gerasse nenhum boleto a mais no meu nome. Pois bem, eu fiquei horas tentando ligar até que a atendente Viviane me deixou claro que não iriam gerar novos boletos em meu nome, e que o estorno da matrícula seria feito. Fiquei esperando um mês e eles não deram nenhum retorno e começou a chegar ligações e mensagens de cobrança no meu nome com juros altíssimos, liguei na faculdade e eles me disseram que agora não podem pagar o estorno vou perder 440,00 reais por irresponsabilidade da escola . Decepção define .
This college has been causing me trouble since the day I joined, lastly they call me 3 days before the second semester classes start warning that my nutrition course which is in the morning would change to the evening and I would have no other option. I said that I wouldn't be able to because I work this time, so I asked for a refund of the amount that was paid for registration in January, given that I didn't go to any class, and I requested the cancellation of registration so that it wouldn't generate any more ticket in my Name. Well, I spent hours trying to call until the attendant Viviane made it clear to me that they would not generate new tickets in my name, and that the chargeback of the registration would be made. I waited a month and they didn't give any return and calls and messages started to arrive in my name with very high interest, I called the college and they told me that now they can't pay the chargeback I'm going to lose 440.00 reais due to irresponsibility of the school . Disappointment sets.
