★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servia apenas para quem precisava só do título para crescer na empresa ou fazer um concurso de nível superior, estrutura péssima, atendimento +/-, esperava muito mais de uma universidade que se diz especializada em EAD. FOI FECHADA, NÃO ATENDE MAIS NO ENDEREÇO DA LIBERDADE.
 It only served for those who needed only the degree to grow in the company or to make a competition of superior level, bad structure, service +/-, expected much more of a university that says specialized in EAD. IT WAS CLOSED, IT DOES NOT ADDRESS MORE IN THE ADDRESS OF LIBERTY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Polo da Liberdade sofre apenas com os funcionários mal preparados e mal capacitados que tem na secretária 40 minutos para ser atendido. Para vocês verem a situação os funcionários eles trabalhão de chinelo e bermuda aff. Em questão da Universidade em si Diretores, Professores, a Plataforma é ótimo.

Em 2015 tive alguns problemas administrativos com esta unidade, resumindo pedi cancelamento que não foi atendido quando protocolei a solicitação, me cobraram 4 mensalidades por conta dessa burocracia, inclusive uma mensalidade que já estava paga, como se não bastasse restringiram o meu nome junto ao serasa. Não indico.
Terrible! horrible secretary service. In 2015 I had some administrative problems with this unit, in short I asked for a cancellation that was not met when I filed the request, I was charged 4 monthly fees due to this bureaucracy, including a monthly fee that was already paid, as if it were not enough they restricted my name with serasa . I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que e isso gente? Nunca vi uma universidade onde não se acha o campus e muito menos atende o telefone.. ah e responder e-mail? Nem em pensamento. Falta de respeito com o Aluno. Quero só saber como faz pra cancelar a pós graduação .. por que nem isso é simples de fazer.
What is this people? I've never seen a university where you can't find the campus, let alone answer the phone.. oh and answer e-mails? Not in thought. Lack of respect for the student. I just want to know how to cancel the postgraduate degree .. because not even that is simple to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um simples vestibular em 2014, nao fiz matrícula nem nada, e depois de 4 anos estão me cobrando débitos em abertos referente a matrícula em aberto que eu nao estou pagando.. mas como se só fiz um vestibular? Daí me falaram que qndo se faz um vestibular, a pessoa ja tem vínculo com a faculdade, mas como pode isso se nem matrícula eu fiz, nem aula frequentei. . É uma péssima universidade, péssimo atendimento, péssima localização, eu só qro ver onde eles querem chegar com essa história de que estou devendo. .
I took a simple entrance exam in 2014, I did not enroll or anything, and after 4 years I am being charged for open debts regarding open enrollment that I am not paying for .. but how can I only take an entrance exam? So I was told that when you take an entrance exam, the person already has a connection with the college, but how can that be if I did not enroll, nor did I attend class. . It is a bad university, bad service, bad location, I just want to see where they want to go with this story that I owe. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2018 meu polo informou sobre uma mudança de endereço para o começo de 2019, a 2 semanas atrás descobri que o meu polo se desvinculou da Unopar (Polo SP Liberdade), então sou aluna da Unopar, sem polo.
Entrei em contato com o Polo da Vila Matilde (pois é próximo da minha casa) e solicitei minha transferencia, mesmo que durante a mudança meu curso passe para modalidade a distância. Acabo de receber um retorno com a seguinte mensagem:
Prezado (a), informamos que não será possível realizar a transferência da aluna para o polo de São Paulo VII, pois a matriz do mesmo não é compatível a 100% online e não identificamos alunos matriculados no semi-presencial. Atenciosamente, DGA Suporte ao Atendimento.
O retorno das aulas está para dia 11/02, não tenho POLO, não tenho POSIÇÃO da parte da Unopar, e não consigo a tranferência!
In December of 2018 my polo informed about a change of address for the beginning of 2019, 2 weeks ago I discovered that my polo has disassociated from Unopar (Polo SP Freedom), so I am a Unopar student, without a pole.
I contacted Vila Matilde Polo (because it is close to my house) and requested my transfer, even though during the change my course will go to distance mode. I just received a return with the following message:
Dearly beloved, we inform you that it will not be possible to carry out the transfer of the student to the São Paulo VII pole, since the matrix is not 100% compatible online and we do not identify students enrolled in the semester. Sincerely, DGA Service Support.
The return of the classes is for 11/02, I do not have POLO, I do not have a position on the part of Unopar, and I can not get the transfer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pior instituição de ensino que existe. Paguei matricula, recebi um RA que nunca conseguiu acessar o site, nunca assisti uma aula se quer, e tiveram a capacidade de incluir 5 boletos no meu cpf, não consigo contato com ninguém, nem pra saber do que se trata a divida.
Terrible, worst educational institution there is. I paid tuition, received an RA that never managed to access the site, never attended a class if you want, and had the ability to include 5 slips in my cpf, I can't contact anyone, not even to know what the debt is about.
