★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que tento pedir informações pelo watts nunca dá certo, e quando liga dão informações incompletas, dificil viu, só dizem q as aulas EAD vão começar em fevereiro mas não dizem mais nada... paciência!
Whenever I try to ask for information by watts it never works, and when you call give incomplete information, it was difficult to see, they just say that EAD classes will start in February but they don't say anything else ... patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faculdade péssima para esclarecer dúvidas, para responder no wpp, para explicar qualquer coisa. Me inscrevi em fevereiro para fazer Comercio Exterior e tentei trancar dia 26 de abril e ninguém respondeu, tentei ate dia 30 de abril quando me responderam e disseram que houve uma mudança no quadro de funcionários ai me disseram que eu só poderia trancar ao final do semestre pois o contrato é por semestre. Hoje uma pessoa de la me disse que se eu trancar e não voltar em 2 anos, eu tenho que pagar uma multa por rescisão do contrato e demoram uma vida pra responder, telefone nem atende, não ajudam em nada. OBS: uma estrela pq tem que colocar, não merecem nem uma.
Lousy faculty to answer questions, to answer on wpp, to explain anything. I signed up in February to do Foreign Trade and tried to close on April 26th and nobody answered, I tried until April 30th when they answered and said that there was a change in the staff then I was told that I could only lock up at the end of the semester. because the contract is per semester. Today a person from there told me that if I lock up and don't come back in 2 years, I have to pay a fine for terminating the contract and they take a lifetime to answer, phone or answer, they don't help at all. NOTE: a star because you have to put it, they don't deserve even one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível alguém em sã consciência dizer que essa faculdade é boa. Não tem sequer um bom atendimento, porque não existe telefone algum que funcione no polo de Fortaleza. E ligando direto para Central em SP eles não tem informações sobre o Polo daqui. Não vale nenhuma estrela, só marquei por ser obrigatório. NOTA -1 .
It is impossible for anyone in their right mind to say that this faculty is good. It doesn't even have a good service, because there is no telephone that works in the Fortaleza hub. And calling directly to Central in SP they don't have information about the Polo here. It's not worth any stars, I just scored it because it's mandatory. NOTE -1 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo Whatsapp, até parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor ao lhe atender, quando tu fazes uma pergunta lhe respondem com ctl C e ctl V (kkkkkk) lamentável.
Bad service by Whatsapp, it seems that they are doing you a favor by answering you, when you ask a question they answer you with ctl C and ctl V (lol) regretful.

Wow, the girl who works in finance doesn't even know a value said they would ask the students, what do you mean people???? Bad service on WhatsApp I can't imagine in person ?
