★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente acredito que o Sr Vicente não tem mais condições de atender, idade muito avançada não conseguiu tirar a pressão da minha mãe, não teve força para abrir o velcro do aparelho de pressão e ainda colocou o estetoscópio ao contrario no fim após 4 tentativas disse q ela estava com 18-9, assim que sair fui em uma farmacia pressão 13. acredito que as pessoas próximas deveriam ser realistas e aposentar o referido medico

Excelente localização, atendimento brilhante, estrutura interna perfeita, com aparelhos de EEG de alta precisão e estacionamento próprio. Requisitos altamente satisfatório para permanecer como paciente e indico a todos quanto queiram comprovar a veracidade dos fatos acima declarados. Satisfação total.

Excellent location, brilliant service, structure perfect interior, with high-precision EEG devices and own parking. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção e do médico que me atendeu foram impecáveis. Recepção organizada, prestativa, simpática e ágil. O médico dr. Vicente, excelênte, atencioso, explica tudo bem direitinho.
No entanto, precisei fazer um eletroencefalograma e a técnica que faz o exame é péssima, cismou com meu nome, debochada, sem paciência nenhuma com relação ao procedimento, e ainda por cima preconceituosa com relação a tatuagens. Uma reciclagem seria bem vindo a ela para lidar melhor com os pacientes.
Espero que ela estava apenas num dia ruim e que nao seja comum o baixo nível de atendimento que ela prestou, ao menos no meu caso, pois com experiência de 17 anos na função (citado por ela) creio já ser razoável para fazer um atendimento com excelência como os demais profissionais.

However, I had to do an electroencephalogram and the technique that makes the exam is terrible, he thought with my name, mocking, without any patience in relation to the procedure, and even more prejudiced in relation to tattoos. A refresher would be welcome for her to better deal with patients.
I hope she was just on a bad day and that the low level of care she provided is not common, at least in my case, because with 17 years experience in the function (mentioned by her) I believe it is already reasonable to make a service with excellence like other professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra ser atendida por telefone (pra tirar dúvidas) você precisa ter perseverança e ligar vaaaaarias vezes, o atendimento telefônico foi ótimo (a Thailanda foi super solícita e explicou tudo), mesmo o exame sendo agendado aguardamos duas horas (isso mesmo, duas horas) pra sermos atendidos.
Nesse tempo vi a gerente sendo super grosseira, (com uma senhora e sua filha, que vieram do interior e precisam do resultado do exame antes). Enfim, se vier venha com muita paciencia, Graças a Deus será só um exame...

At that time I saw the manager being super rude, (with a lady and her daughter, who came from the countryside and need the exam result first). Anyway, if you come, come with a lot of patience, Thank God it will be just an exam...

I HAVE TWO MONTHS THAT I TRY TO TALK TO NUMBERS 3226-4033 E99991-4564 TO SCHEDULE AN EXAM AND THEY DON'T MAKE IT AVAILABLE TO ME. I HAVE SPOKEN SEVERAL TIMES AND EVEN THROUGH WHATSSAPP AND I THINK IT IS INADMISSIBLE NOT HAVING A VACANCY

NÃO INDICO, EM ABSOLUTO , ESSE LOCAL. O estresse...não vale a pena!!!!
