★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um brinquedo para minha filha e, quando fui trocar, 20 dias depois, me disseram que a troca não poderia ser feita, pois "o sistema" não aceitava! Hmmm, o "sistema", é? Só sei que perderam um cliente potencial por anos, pois minha filha ainda é criança e tem amiguinhos. Resultado? Rasguei o cartão"fidelidade" e nunca mais entro nessa loja, simples assim.
Muito bem, responderam ao meu comentário, justificando a conduta e afirmando que estão com a razão. Está bem, nem vamos discutir! Só digo à loja que "conte com a minha compreensão", pois nunca mais compro nada de vocês! Problema resolvido!
I bought a toy for my daughter and, when I went to change it, 20 days later, they told me that the change could not be done, because "the system" wouldn't accept it! Hmmm, the "system", is it? All I know is that they lost a potential client for years, as my daughter is still a child and has little friends. Result? I tore up the "fidelity card" and I never enter that store again, it's that simple.
Very well, they responded to my comment, justifying their conduct and stating that they are right. Okay, let's not even argue! I just tell the store to "count on my understanding" as I never buy anything from you again! Problem solved!
