 Attention, deliveries are not made within the promised deadline, and as a gift you get a block from the owner on whatsapp without any justification. The worst service I've had in 29 years of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregaram minha encomenda e ainda me bloquearam no whatsapp e no Instagram. Não me deram nenhuma satisfação sobre minha compra. Estou entrando com reclamação no Procon e no Juizado de Pequenas Causas pra tentar reaver meu dinheiro.
They didn't deliver my order and even blocked me on whatsapp and Instagram. They gave me no satisfaction about my purchase. I'm filing a complaint with Procon and the Small Claims Court to try to get my money back.

Não cumprem com o combinado que é a garantia de 1 ano.

Terrible company, I was working as their dealer, and I had problems with the 2-piece bath and they just haven't responded to me since May 5th, 2021. They even blocked me on their Instagram.
Do not comply with the combined which is the 1 year warranty.
