My family and I just have to thank the excellent work of the broker Alex, always very attentive, answering all our doubts. From the beginning to the end he always helped us in every step and situation that arose!!! I would never do business with this company!! For TWO years I have been having problems with the neighbor's house that was built by this company. The problem is in the kitchen sink, which, when using, makes a lot of noise into the living room. Whether it's the simple placing of a simple glass in the sink, it is heard on the other side (in my house) as if it were a "knock" on the wall... When they use the sink to wash dishes or pans, staying in the room is impossible ....it's just bizarre. They have been bricklayers, engineers, plumbers and others to analyze. Nobody understands why this happens. Everything they suggested I did, even buying a rubber (which I paid at the rubber house for 133.00) to put between the sink and the wall (neighbor's kitchen) to try to solve the problem that is not me who cause...but, after the mason, after analyzing it, came to the conclusion that it wouldn't be possible to remove the sink, and that the placement of the rubber would be useless (suggestion of the company's engineer) 133.00 in the trash. The final solution defined was to change the location of the sink, placing it on another wall in the neighbor's kitchen. But here's the problem..... for TWO years I've been putting up with it, being patient, getting in touch with the company's engineer (who barely responds, and when he responds it's with slurring and pushing responsibility for others to solve) supervisor, plumber.. .even the owner of the company has already visited and seen the problem up close. The neighbor sold the house, left, I was told that the new family that would enter the house, was already aware of the problem and agreed to move the kitchen....but so far nothing. There is a family already living in the house, the noise continues, no one has resolved it so far, they don't give satisfaction... they don't matter. According to the new family, they get in touch with the company that barely responds and winds them up too. (I spoke today 21/21/22) with the new resident who is waiting for a return from the company to solve this problem that she believed would be solved before she came to live in the house (house that was closed for almost 1 month and that could be done the service smoothly) Not to mention that I know from the former resident that there are other problems in the house, that he was always "charging" to be solved, and that he was also curled up, just like in my situation (problem with the toilet, among others... the company responds to my indignation claiming that there was nothing... or there was not or the old neighbor was a liar... I prefer to believe the old neighbor) Anyway, I just want this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
