O médico plantonista, visivelmente irritado por ter sido acordado de madrugada, sequer olhou para o paciente, meu filho de quatro anos, simplesmente me perguntou quais eram os sintomas, prescreveu a medicação e encerrou a anamnese sem nenhuma explicação ou orientação. Que Deus tenha misericórdia desse funcionário públicos e, principalmente, de seus pacientes.
Good administrative care, but the clinician is inhumane. The doctor on duty, clearly irritated at being woken up at dawn, did not even look at the patient, my four-year-old son, simply asked me what the symptoms were, prescribed the medication and ended the anamnesis without any explanation or guidance. May God have mercy on this public servant and, especially, on his patients.

The service is a little slow but the team is efficient the unit is well set up with RX working first aid ward with good space helpful staff

Tem vezes que tem um médico de excelente e enfermeiros tbm
Nao da pra dizer que é um lugar tranquilo pq pronto socorro é imprevisível mais tem dias que alem da demora é um pessimo atendimento ainda mais se for tarde da noite e o medico tiver dormindo ou te atendi de cara fechado e visivelmente irritado e mal pergunta o que ta sentindo ou as vezes vc nem vê o medico o enfermeiro vem pergunta o q ta sentindo vai ate a sala do medico ,volta com a folha aplica a injeção e vc ja ta liberado , mais no dia de sorte tem um medico excelente que nao importa a hora ele lhe atendi bem pergunta o que ta acontecendo ,passa uma medicação de acordo os sintomas e ate da dicas ou passa encaminhamento pra um especialista dependente do seu caso
Quero agradecer ao Dr.Marcos Mascarenhas pela excelente trabalho fui bem atendida das duas vezes e me ajudou muito com meu caso

I want to thank Dr.Marcos Mascarenhas for the excellent work I was well attended both times and he helped me a lot with my case
