★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive na UPA como acompanhante, os profissionais são todos excelentes, sem excessão. Porém as instalações estão precárias, banheiros, camas, macas, portas, janelas. Tudo em situação precária e gritando por socorro. Na ala de observação, onde os pacientes são internados e assistidos, sala lotada, janelas que não abrem, Sr condicionado que não funciona . Tudo isso em meio a pandemia do COVID 19.E detalhe, a UPA é no prédio ao lado da prefeitura, ou seja vizinhos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.. minha sobrinha de 3 meses de vida com ernia inguinal do lado esquerdo da pepeca e uma ernia no umbigo e uma na virilha direita eles só deram iprupofeno e mandaram pra casa um descaso com uma criança nem ao menos tiveram a noção da dor q a criança estava sentindo isso é caso de transferência urgente pra cirurgia? infelizmente nem todos profissionais q estão ali estão pra salvar vidas
Terrible service.. my 3-month-old niece with inguinal hernia on the left side of the pepeca and a hernia in the navel and one in the right groin they only gave iprupofen and sent home a neglect with a child they didn't even have a notion of the pain that the child was feeling this is a case of urgent transfer to surgery ? unfortunately not all professionals who are there are there to save lives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Instalações enferrujadas, falta cadeira de rodas, falta termômetro, os médicos são bons, mas as condições, um horror. Sem falar na demora. Nunca fiquei menos de 3hs para ser atendida. Se tem exame, pode colocar 7hs para concluir o atendimento.
Terrible. Rusty facilities, no wheelchairs, no thermometer, the doctors are good, but the conditions are terrible. Not to mention the delay. I have never been less than 3 hours to be served. If you have an exam, you can put 7 hours to complete the service.

A questão da espera é compreensível devido a quantidade de pacientes que estavam aguardando no local. Infelizmente não temos como saber quais problemas os outros pacientes tem, e o quão complexos eles são.
Agradeço a equipe ótima do local.
I was at the UPA yesterday, I was very well attended in all sectors, screening, medical, medication and exams.
The issue of waiting is understandable given the number of patients who were waiting at the site. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what problems other patients have, and how complex they are.

Médico ficou sentado na cadeira como um adolescente com as pernas em cima da cadeira, falei que estava sem voz a 4 dias e o mesmo disse q era normal. Olhou minha garganta de longe e aí da pediu pra mim não tucir ou respirar, sendo que minha queixa é justamente falta de ar, dor no peito, tosse. Me perguntou mais de 4 vezes o que eu tinha pois não conseguia me ouvir. ( óbvio porque estou sem voz ) ainda me disse que posso falar normal.
Terrible attendance. 5 hours to be served. Doctor sat in the chair like a teenager with his legs on top of the chair, I said I had no voice for 4 days and he said it was normal. He looked at my throat from afar and then asked me not to cough or breathe, and my complaint is precisely shortness of breath, chest pain, coughing. He asked me more than 4 times what I had because he couldn't hear me. (obviously because I have no voice) even told me that I can speak normally.
