★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no dentista na upa da cidade da esperança porque estava com uma dor de dente,acho que o Médico comprou o diploma.
Mexeu no meu dente,não resolveu nada é ainda sair de lá com uma infecção que quase perco os dentes vizinhos.
Por sorte resolvir o problema em uma clínica particular.
E que não tem a mesma sorte de ter dinheiro pra ir em uma clínica paga?

Luckily solve the problem in a private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo, funcionários extremamente ríspidos, um descaso absurdo com os pacientes, ambiente sujo, médicos que mal olham para você e a demora sem igual, não importa o estado que você esteja. Absurdo, de verdade!
Terrible place, extremely harsh staff, absurd disregard for patients, dirty environment, doctors who barely look at you and the unparalleled delay, no matter what state you are in. Nonsense, really!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixou muito a desejar . Pois minha sogra passou dias indo e vindo pra upa. E diziam que ela não estava com sintomas de covid. Se negaram a fazer várias vezes o teste. Por fim quando ela ja foi com problema respiratório , e que o filho insistiu que fizessem o exame nela. Que foi feito. Mais daí o estado dela já estava crítico. Isso tudo por culpa da negligência que teve. Se tivesse feito o exame e ela tivesse recebido o tratamento adequado.ela não teria precisado se internar, e ficar entubada, ate ir a óbito.e não teria passado pra seu outro filho que por não saber que ela estava com esse vírus .pegou , se internou e também não resistiu. Triste por tanta negligência no começo.
It left a lot to be desired. Because my mother-in-law spent days coming and going to the UPA. And they said she didn't have covid symptoms. They refused to take the test several times. Finally, when she already had a respiratory problem, and the son insisted that they do the exam on her. That was done. But then her condition was already critical. This was all due to the negligence he had. If he had done the exam and she had received the proper treatment, she would not have needed to be hospitalized, and stay intubated, until she died. and she would not have passed it on to her other son who, not knowing she had this virus, caught , he was hospitalized and also did not resist. Sad for so much neglect at first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A UPA da Cidade da Esperança foi uma das melhores obras da saúde que o governo municipal fez em prol dos cidadãos natalenses que residem na zona oeste. O que precisa melhorar é no atendimento de medicação que demora muito e tem que ser ampliado mais porque é muito paciente para um espaço pequeno. No mais, a UPA é muito boa.
The UPA of Cidade da Esperança was one of the best health works that the municipal government did for the citizens of Natal who live in the west zone. What needs to be improved is the treatment of medication, which takes a long time and has to be expanded more because it is very patient for a small space. Otherwise, the UPA is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a UPA foi excelente das vezes que fui no horário da madrugada. Bons médicos, e ótimo atendimento.
Já durante o dia, falta de pessoas na organização da triagem, falta de enfermeiros para atendimento.
UPA sempre lotada, e negligência no atendimento. A maioria dos pacientes reclamam justamente pela falta de atendimento, demoram mais de 2hrs para passar na triagem, fora a fila para passar pelo médico.
Saúde pública já!
My experience with the UPA was excellent the times I went at dawn. Good doctors, and great service.
During the day, lack of people in organizing the triage, lack of nurses to attend.
UPA always full, and care negligence. Most patients complain precisely about the lack of care, they take more than 2hrs to go through the screening, outside the queue to go to the doctor.
Public health now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizacao total. A mwdica que estava atendendo, muito mal educada, gritando com os pacientes. Tava mais interessada em discutir o salario com o colega e deixando os pacientes esperando. O atendimento é todo misturado, pessoas com suspeita de Covid junto com os demais pacientes idosos com suspeita de infarto. O médico não soube nem avaliar o eletro. Mandou o paciente pra casa e procurar um cardiologista.
Total disorganization. The doctor who was attending, very rude, yelling at patients. I was more interested in discussing salary with a colleague and keeping patients waiting. The service is all mixed, people with suspicion of Covid along with the other elderly patients with suspected heart attack. The doctor did not even know how to evaluate the electro. He sent the patient home to see a cardiologist.
