â â â â â Fui atendido como um cachorro na enfermaria e pelo mĂ©dico! Dei bom dia e o mĂ©dico me tratou como um animal, nĂŁo me respondeu, mandou eu sentar e ir tomar remĂ©dios! Chegando na enfermaria queria administrar remĂ©dios sem fazer nenhuma tomografia, chapa ou coisa qualquer. A enfermeira disse que eu tinha que ver com o mĂ©dico, fui procurar ele se mandou, saiu do plantĂŁo. Enfermeira grossa, respondona. Atendimento automĂĄtico, nada humanizado!
I was treated like a dog in the infirmary and by the doctor! I said good morning and the doctor treated me like an animal, he didn't answer me, told me to sit down and take medicine! Arriving at the infirmary, I wanted to administer medication without doing any tomography, a plate or anything else. The nurse said that I had to do with the doctor, I went to look for him if he left, he left the shift. Nurse rude, responds. Automated attendant, nothing humanized!

Minha filha com 39 de febre e todos eles nos acolheram com sorriso no rosto mesmo estando trabalhando de graça pois o governo nĂŁo estĂĄ pagando! Eduardo Paes safado as estrelas nĂŁo sĂŁo para vocĂȘ e sim para a equipe que me atendeu que tem dignidade coisa que vocĂȘ nĂŁo tem!
On duty from 3:00 in the morning on 10/03/2021, I just have to thank the reception (brunette with glasses), registration, doctor and nurse Iris for medication! Thank you so much! My daughter with 39 fever and they all welcomed us with smiles on their faces even though they were working for free because the government is not paying! Eduardo Paes naughty the stars are not for you but for the team that attended me that has dignity something you don't have!

â â â â â Todas as vezes que precisei tinham mĂ©dicos atendendo. SĂł nĂŁo dou mais estrelas pq os mĂ©dicos nem olham na sua cara direito. Enfim nĂŁo sĂŁo todos mas sempre tem, nĂ©?! No mais, bom atendimento.
Every time I needed there were doctors attending. The only reason I don't give more stars because the doctors don't even look you in the face. Anyway, not all of them, but there always are, right?! Other than that, good service.

Meu atendimento demorou 25 min vcs estão de parabéns!!!

â â â â â O atendimento Ă© excelente, minha tia Ă© deficiente fĂsica e mental, levamos lĂĄ e ela recebeu toda atenção, o mĂ©dico novinho mas muito preparado e o pessoal da enfermagem super cuidadoso, ela tomou soro, fez exames de urina, foi medicada e saiu de lĂĄ bem melhor e com a receita pra continuar o tratamento pra infecção urinĂĄria em casa, todo mundo tĂĄ de parabĂ©ns!
The service is excellent, my aunt is physically and mentally handicapped, we took her there and she received all the attention, the doctor was brand new but very prepared and the nursing staff was super careful, she took serum, did urine tests, was medicated and left there much better and with the recipe to continue the treatment for urinary tract infection at home, everyone is to be congratulated!
