Ao procurar a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento desta cidade ospitaleira, onde vim visitar oemeus filho Carine, Flaviano e meu neto Pietro, fui acometido de uma crise gotosa, e qual nao foi minha surpresa positiva, em encontra aqui, uma equipe de profissionais Saude competentes, humanos e dedicados, em menos de 30 minutos, já tinha sido atendido e medicado, melhor que muitos planos de saude particilar. Por isso agradeco a toda equipe de atendimeno pelo carinho, profissonalismo e presteza que me fol dispensado. Quando é ruim temos que criticar, para melhorar, mas quando é otimo temos que elogiar, para que continue, muito obrigado a toda equipe, principalmente a medica de plantao. Um Feliz 2018 e Sucesso a todos!
Congratulations UPA de Batatais, by the team of competent and attentive employees. When looking for the Emergency Care Unit of this ospital city, where I came to visit my son Carine, Flaviano and my grandson Pietro, I was hit by a gouty crisis, and which was not my positive surprise, in finding here, a team of competent Health professionals, human and dedicated, in less than 30 minutes, he had already been seen and medicated, better than many private health plans. So I thank the entire service team for the affection, professionalism and promptness that I was given. When it's bad we have to criticize it, to improve it, but when it's great we have to praise it so that it continues, thank you very much to the whole team, especially the plantation doctor.
