★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na urgência do hospital e Graças agilidade do médico descobri que a covid tinha provocado 50% de comprometimento do pulmão, fiz todos os exames e o resultado saiu em menos de 2 horas. Fiquei internado durante três dias e fui bem atendido no apartamento pela equipe de enfermeiro, funcionários, e médicos. Minha experiência com hospital foi ótimo. Fui na urgência 4 vezes em abril de 2021.
I went to the hospital emergency room and thanks to the doctor's agility I discovered that the covid had caused 50% of lung involvement, I did all the exams and the result came out in less than 2 hours. I was hospitalized for three days and was well attended to in the apartment by the team of nurses, staff, and doctors. My hospital experience was great. I went to the emergency room 4 times in April 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo o atendimento do começo ao fim, SUPER HUMANO. As vezes um tanto demorado, sim, precisa ser revisto e melhorado. Mas a humanidade com que sou tratada, e ainda pedem para avaliar o atendimento sempre depois que saio de lá, o que nos dá a oportunidade de apontar qq tipo de incidente.

O laboratório CERPE que atende dentro do hospital tem um corpo de funcionários ruins, nada atenciosos, até a SEGURANÇA DO HOSPITAL QUER BARRAR VOCÊ IR FORA DO HOSPITAL E VOLTAR, SEM TER MEDICAÇÃO, apenas estava aguardando resultado dos exames 3 horas sem comer.
O hospital precisa melhorar muito.
Limpeza do banheiro precária, a tela do painel que tira a senha suja demais para uma época de covid, sem limpeza nenhuma.
Entrei na urgência de 19:05, não tinha paciente, hospital vazio, porém para o laboratório vim coletar sangue e urina esperei mais 40 minutos, a enfermeira ainda veio dizer que chamou meu nome em todos os blocos, no entanto ela não chamou na recepção onde me colocaram para esperar.
Uma negação o atendimento dos médicos, dos enfermeiros, do laboratório cerpe, as instalações também precárias, as cadeiras são muito desconfortáveis. Um dia esse hospital já foi bom, uma pena está caindo rapidamente em tudo.

The hospital needs to improve a lot.

I entered the emergency room at 7:05 pm, there was no patient, the hospital was empty, but for the laboratory I came to collect blood and urine, I waited another 40 minutes, the nurse even came to say that she called my name in all blocks, however she did not call at reception where they put me to wait.
A denial of the care provided by doctors, nurses, the laboratory, the facilities are also precarious, the chairs are very uncomfortable. Once this hospital was good, a pity is falling fast on everything.

As(os) atendentes e as(os) enfermeiras(os) foram legais, mas o médico neurologista de plantão foi grosseiro e tratava minha avó e minha mãe muito mal, foi uma tremenda decepção. Este Hospital Memorial São José não foi bom e nem é recomendável.
Here's what happened last Friday: The hospital was terrible. The attendants and nurses were nice, but the neurologist on duty was rude and treated my grandmother and mother very badly, it was a huge disappointment. This São José Memorial Hospital was not good and is not recommended.

Horrível atendimento do CERPE que faz o paciente esperar horas para fazer uma coleta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza, enfermeiras, auxiliares, medicos... todo atendimento que eu e minha esposa tivemos lá foi carinhosamente humanizado.
Já na recepção o paciente recebe uma cartilha bem intuitiva com todo o protocolo de atendimento pelo qual será submetido, inclusive informando sobre o tempo médio de espera de cada tipo de exame, então não fomos pegos de surpresa por uma eventual demora ou atraso, na verdade o atendimento foi muito rápido, Com 10 minutos já tinhamos dado entrada na recepção, passado pela triagem e já estavamos sendo atendidos pela médica. O mesmo vale pra os exames que foram feitos com menos de 3 minutos de espera após sair do consultório.
A única espera relativamente alta foi aguardar o resultado dos exames, mas era algo dentro do esperado e que ja tinha sido informado na cartilha. Mesmo assim os resultados sairam 1 hora antes do previsto onde um funcionário veio gentilmente nos informar que nosso exames ja estavam nas mãos da médica e que ela voltaria a nos atender em breve, achamos tudo isso muito legal!
No geral foi uma experiência muito positiva, humanizada e rápida, mesmo com a movimentação de pacientes moderada no horário em que estivemos lá. Recomendo.

The same goes for exams that were done with less than 3 minutes of waiting after leaving the office.
The only relatively long wait was to wait for the results of the exams, but it was something that was expected and that had already been informed in the booklet. Even so, the results came out 1 hour ahead of schedule where an employee kindly came to inform us that our exams were already in the doctor's hands and that she would come back to see us soon, we thought it was all very cool!
Overall it was a very positive, humanized and quick experience, even with moderate patient movement at the time we were there. I recommend.
