Hospital somente com 2 medicos, cheguei lá 7:40 da manhã fui embora 12:10 sem ter sido atendido.
Falta total de profissionalismo!
 Terrible, reception staff with no heart for work, uneducated, and ignorant.
Hospital with only 2 doctors, I arrived there at 7:40 in the morning and left at 12:10 without having been seen.
Total lack of professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar dos pesares, é a melhor UPA de Fortaleza. Sempre tem médicos disponíveis e o atendimento foi realizado depois de apenas 1 hora de espera.
Despite the regrets, it is the best UPA in Fortaleza. There are always doctors available and the service was performed after only 1 hour of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Se você está doente você morre a Mercer de querer algum médico, pois infelizmente na upa não tem profissionais qualificados que possa ser um, não dão a mínima importância de como o povão está "a fama de ser médico" é justamente pq importa na carreira deles!
Se não trabalham por amor ao que faz, não deveriam está aqui.
Terrible!!!! If you're sick, you die to Mercer wanting a doctor, because unfortunately there are no qualified professionals in the UPA who can be one, they don't give a damn about how the populace is, "the reputation of being a doctor" is precisely because it matters in their career !
If you don't work for the love of what you do, you shouldn't be here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora. Profissionais ótimos, mas o atendimento é demorado. Cheguei ontem 08/01/2022 às 15:00 saí às 22:50 sem conseguir o atendimento. Apenas na espera. Tive que desistir. HAVIA SÓ DOIS MÉDICOS. Falta médico.
Too much delay. Great staff, but service is slow. I arrived yesterday 01/08/2022 at 15:00 I left at 22:50 without getting the service. Just on hold. I had to give up. THERE WERE ONLY TWO DOCTORS. No doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A UPA é sempre cheia e nunca tem profissionais suficientes pra atender todo mundo. Só pacientes podem ficar lá dentro. Os acompanhantes tem que ficar do lado de fora. Os funcionários foram bem mal educados com a gente. Tem estacionamento no local e perto tem uma lanchonete simples. Infelizmente, fomos embora antes de sermos atendidos, pois a demora é absurda. Na última vez que precisei de uma UPA, fui atendida, mas demorou 5h pra chegar minha vez.
UPA is always full and never has enough professionals to attend to everyone. Only patients can stay inside. The escorts have to stay outside. The staff were very rude to us. It has on-site parking and nearby has a simple snack bar. Unfortunately, we left before we were taken care of, because the delay is absurd. The last time I needed a UPA, I was taken care of, but it took 5h to get my turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é ok mediante que fica em uma avenida bem movimentada como é a perimetral, entretanto, é bastante quente e vive lotada, mas está cercada no meio do nada.
A Chesf deixa a upa sem sinal de internet móvel.
Eu acredito que é estratégica sua localização mas naquela região eu acho muito pouco ter apenas uma upa.
Engloba bairros bastantes populosos como Passaré, o próprio José Walter e o Mondubim.
Seria legal ter um anexo constante e mais profissionais.
The location is ok as it is on a very busy avenue as is the perimeter one, however, it is quite hot and gets crowded, but it is surrounded in the middle of nowhere.
Chesf leaves upa without mobile internet signal.
I believe its location is strategic, but in that region I think it's very little to have just one upa.
It encompasses quite populous neighborhoods such as Passaré, José Walter himself and Mondubim.
It would be nice to have a constant attachment and more professionals.
