★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui muitas vezes no local. Sempre fui muito bem atendida pelos funcionários e por uma moça que fica no caixa. Sempre fiz muita propaganda do local e hoje (28/09) fui novamente, desta vez levando pessoas que não conheciam. No caixa estava um homem MUITO mal educado e grosso. Saí de lá triste e as pessoas que levei comigo também se chatearam com o atendimento do mesmo e relataram não voltar ao local.
Um quadro triste, tendo em vista o esforço e excelente atendimento dos demais funcionários que zelam pelo local.
Espero que ele estivesse apenas em um mau dia, e que ninguém seja destratada como fui, pois me senti bastante constrangida.
I've been to the place many times. I have always been very well attended by the employees and by a girl who stays at the register. I always did a lot of advertising for the place and today (28/09) I went again, this time taking people I didn't know. At the register was a VERY rude and rude man. I left there sad and the people I took with me were also upset with the service and reported not returning to the place.
A sad picture, considering the effort and excellent service of the other employees who look after the place.
I hope that he was just on a bad day, and that no one will be disgraced as I was, because I felt quite embarrassed.
