â â â â â Infelizmente minha experiĂȘncia nĂŁo foi boa. Coloquei meu computador dia,29.09 e sĂł recebi no dia 19.11, sem ser consertado e com um compartimento solto. Eu que tinha q ligar pra saber como estava o andamento, foi frustrante.
Unfortunately my experience was not good. I put my computer in on 09.29 and only received it on 11.19, without being fixed and with a loose compartment. I had to call to see how the progress was going, it was frustrating.

â â â â â Excelente. Minha tv jĂĄ estava fora da garantia e mesmo assim fizeram o serviço. Isso porque havia um problema no lote da minha tv TCL. A outra autorizada informou que nĂŁo tinha mais conserto ou seria tĂŁo caro que nĂŁo valeria a pena. A Upper mostrou que a marca TCL Ă© confiĂĄvel. Honestidade que estĂĄ em falta no nosso paĂs! Indico a todos!
Great. My tv was already out of warranty and they still did the service. That's because there was a problem in my TCL tv's batch. The other authorized person informed that there was no more repair or it would be so expensive that it would not be worth it. Upper has shown that the TCL brand is trustworthy. Honesty that is lacking in our country! I recommend to everyone!
