Nem pro.meu pior inimigo eu indico a UPS. São mentirosos o 0800 ninguém da informação certa somente mentiras ficam inventando que os fiscais da alfândega que estão de greve,sendo que o próprio rastreamento da UPS dis que a mercadoria está com eles no depósito. Empresa sem respeito,ética,compromisso,empresa de entrega que no feriado fecha. São a pior do mundo.
Not even to my worst enemy I recommend UPS. The 0800 numbers are liars, nobody gives the right information, they just keep inventing that the customs inspectors who are on strike, and the UPS tracking itself says that the goods are with them in the warehouse. Company without respect, ethics, commitment, delivery company that closes on holiday. They are the worst in the world.

Empresa ruim para entregar as mercadorias, rastreamento deles é de péssima qualidade, tive que ligar mais de 20 vezes para saber o dia da entrega, quando você liga os representantes são todos perdidos não sabem responder, e quando respondem passam informações erradas, disseram que a minha entrega seria 25/04/22 depois mudaram para dia 22/04/22 e quando liguei o telefonista informou que a mercadoria estava na rua para entregar dia 22/04 e que séria cobrado a taxa de imposto no local da entrega, depois eu liguei eles informaram que só seria entre após o pagamento hahaha, resumindo EMPRESA DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE, FORAM PAGOS PARA FAZER A ENTREGA NA INGLATERRA PARA O BRASIL, cobraram o olho da cara e ainda com serviço de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE, na data de entrega, código de rastreamento, e por telefone tudo da pior qualidade.
Bad company to deliver the goods, their tracking is of poor quality, I had to call more than 20 times to find out the day of delivery, when you call the representatives are all lost, they don't know how to answer, and when they answer they give wrong information, they said that the my delivery would be 04/25/22 then they changed to 04/22/22 and when I called the operator informed that the goods were on the street to be delivered on 04/22 and that the tax fee would be charged at the place of delivery, then I I called they informed that it would only be in after payment hahaha, in short, TERRIBLE QUALITY COMPANY, THEY WERE PAID TO MAKE THE DELIVERY IN ENGLAND TO BRAZIL, they charged the eye of the face and still with VERY TERRIBLE service, on the delivery date, tracking, and by phone all of the worst quality.

Uma empresa de frete tem UMA tarefa: fazer as entregas prometidas. Pois isso é justamente o que a UPS não faz. Esperei por três semanas um pacote comprado no valor de US$ 32 que JÁ havia passado a alfândega, mas nunca me enviaram. Entrei em contato e cada vez me davam uma razão diferente. A loja entrou em contato com eles, contaram outra história para ela. Basicamente: Impossível receber alguma coisa enviada com a UPS. Já é a minha segunda experiência com essa empresa e é a segunda experiência ruim. Não prestam.
A freight company has ONE task: to deliver the promised deliveries. For that is precisely what UPS does not do. I waited for three weeks for a package purchased for $32 that had ALREADY cleared customs, but they never sent me. I contacted them and each time they gave me a different reason. The store contacted them, they told her another story. Basically: Unable to receive anything shipped with UPS. It's already my second experience with this company and it's the second bad experience. They're no good.

Very very bad UPS service in Brazil! The worst attitude I've ever seen. It is obvious UPS Brazil made mistake by themselves but they blame all on customer and cause customer's time & cost. Unbelievable.

Do not ship anything to Brazil from USA ,Canada or anywhere . I shipped $60 worth of goods paid over 3 times this value in duties and taxes. 3 weeks and still waiting ✋️. "DO NOT SHIP TO BRAZIL" .Horrible service , they don't care and will misplace or even lose your package .If I could rate less the 1 I would. Don't do it Just buy local .
