O suporte no fim de semana não existe, já tive caso de a internet cair na sexta-feira à noite e ficar sem até segunda-feira à tarde! Nem na segunda-feira pela manhã resolveram meu problema!!! E olha que quando lhe atendem, pelo whatsapp, pois o telefone não funciona, agem com indiferença, como se estivessem fazendo um favor! Total ausência de profissionalismo! É o famoso barato que sai caro! Se você tiver outra opção de internet a contratar, não pense duas vezes e contrate essa outra!!!
Horrible experience with that company. The internet goes down at least 5 times a day, totally unstable! Weekend support doesn’t exist, I’ve already had the internet go down on Friday night and run out until Monday afternoon! Not even on Monday morning did they solve my problem !!! And look that when they answer you, on whatsapp, because the phone doesn't work, they act with indifference, as if they were doing you a favor! Total lack of professionalism! It is the famous cockroach that is expensive! If you have another internet option to hire, don't think twice and hire this other one !!!
