★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início tive vários problemas com à internet mas depois que troquei pela fibra ótica há anos está perfeitamente ótima nunca mais caiu e nem ficou lenta.
At first I had several problems with the internet but after I switched to fiber optics years ago it's perfectly fine it never crashed again and it didn't even slow down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente Não é possível todo final de semana é sem internet. nunca o técnico aparece no final de semana. absurdo falta comprometido com o cliente prometem que vão resolver mais acabam enrolando. se não pode atender o cliente não comercializa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet de péssima qualidade. Tem uma semana que está muito lento e por vezes tenho que usar o 4G em casa. O suporte ainda consegue ser pior que a internet. Tem uma semana que tento falar com eles, me revezando com a minha esposa ao telefone e ninguém atende, nem retornam. O problema não é a demanda, o problema é a falta de profissionalismo. Mandam ligar para um telefone que nunca atendem. O fixo então, mandam entrar em contato via whatsapp, mas eu te pergunto como entrar em contato via whatsapp se o meu problema é a conexão com a internet? Não recomendo. Completa perda de tempo. É muito estresse
Poor quality internet. It's been a week when it's been very slow and sometimes I have to use 4G at home. Support can still be worse than the internet. I've been trying to talk to them for a week, taking turns with my wife on the phone and no one answers or returns. The problem is not demand, the problem is lack of professionalism. They send a call to a phone they never answer. The fixed then, they have to get in touch via whatsapp, but I ask you how to get in touch via whatsapp if my problem is the internet connection? I do not recommend. Complete waste of time. It's a lot of stress

Sou cliente à uns 5anos e não estou primeira vez que tenho esse tipo de prejuízo!!!
