★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de hoje 03/02/2022 embarquei no ônibus da empresa ConSor, linha expresso no terminal Santo Antônio, carro de número 1030, às 22:27.
Sentei no primeiro banco do ônibus, do lado direito, banco esquerdo, o primeiro banco da catraca.
O motorista dirigia o ônibus de forma exagerada e imprudente, corria exageradamente acima do necessário. As ruas estavam vazias pelo horário e data então ele aproveitou correr muito.
Ao fazer a curva que dá acesso à marginal de sorocaba, curva essa que é do pontilhão, próxima à escola Sta Escolástica, o motorista fez a curva brutalmente, me derrubando, sendo que eu estava sentada com os dois pés no chão.
Eu voei, bati o joelho esquerdo e cabeça no chão. Minha sandália estourou. Fiquei completamente desnorteada no chão. Não conseguia me levantar justamente por causa da altíssima velocidade que o motorista conduzia o veículo.
O ônibus contava com uma comissária de bordo que viu tudo, afinal eu estava bem próxima a catraca. Ela também não fez nada.
Com muita dor e devido ao ônibus estar correndo e balançando muito, só consegui me levantar quando o ônibus adentrou o terminal São Paulo, com ajuda de duas pessoas desconhecidas que estavam no mesmo carro.
Ao descer, questionei a comissária, que disse que achou que eu estava sentada no chão “porque quis”.
Fiquei muito nervosa.
Esperei carro 1030 voltar até o terminal novamente e consegui recuperar a peça que estourou da minha sandália.
Desta vez, questionei o motorista, que foi irônico e falou que “tinha muita coisa pra olhar já”, mas que “Deus abençoe” que eu achei a peça.
Meu joelho está com hematomas e sinto dores na lombar.
Não acho correto que absolutamente ninguém, nem motorista nem comissária, tenham se preocupado em parar o ônibus. Foi muito claro a minha queda e eu fui ignorada.
Fui acolhida apenas pelo moço que trabalha na cabine da catraca perguntando se eu precisava de médico. Um descaso!!!
Gostaria de uma providência.
Tive gastos para voltar pra casa pois não consegui ir de ônibus. Tive a sandália estragada e estou com dores e hematomas.
Poderia ter sido com alguma senhora ou criança, o que seria muito pior. É de uma falta de responsabilidade imensa o que fizeram.
Se possível, chequem as câmeras por gentileza!

On today's date 03/02/2022 I boarded the ConSor bus, express line at Santo Antônio terminal, car number 1030, at 22:27.
I sat in the first seat of the bus, on the right, left seat, the first seat of the turnstile.
The driver drove the bus in an exaggerated and reckless way, running exaggeratedly faster than necessary. The streets were empty for the time and date so he enjoyed running a lot.
When making the curve that gives access to the marginal of sorocaba, this curve that is of the bridge, next to the school Sta Escolástica, the driver brutally made the curve, knocking me down, and I was sitting with both feet on the ground.
I flew, hit my left knee and head on the ground. My sandal broke. I was completely bewildered on the floor. I couldn't get up precisely because of the very high speed the driver was driving the vehicle.
The bus had a flight attendant who saw everything, after all I was very close to the turnstile. She didn't do anything either.
With a lot of pain and due to the bus being running and shaking a lot, I could only get up when the bus entered the São Paulo terminal, with the help of two unknown people who were in the same car.
Upon descending, I questioned the flight attendant, who said she thought I was sitting on the floor “because I wanted to”.
I was very nervous.
I waited for car 1030 to return to the terminal again and managed to retrieve the part that broke my sandal.
This time, I questioned the driver, who was ironic and said that “there was a lot to look at now”, but that “God bless” I found the piece.
My knee is bruised and I have lower back pain.
I don't think it's right that absolutely no one, neither driver nor flight attendant, bothered to stop the bus. My downfall was very clear and I was ignored.
I was welcomed only by the young man who works in the turnstile cabin asking if I needed a doctor. A neglect!!!
I would like some relief.
I had expenses to return home because I couldn't go by bus. My sandal was damaged and I am in pain and bruises.
It could have been with some lady or child, which would have been much worse. It's a huge lack of responsibility what they did.
If possible, check the cameras please!
