Falta de empatia, cheguei com crises renais e não fui atendida, mesmo ele me mandando ir!
Jamais voltarei nesse lugar e aconselho vocês a fazerem o mesmo!

Fui ao consultório marcar uma consulta e só tinha vaga para dia 23/05/2022, logo perguntei se não havia a possibilidade de marcar antes porque Meu esposo é paciente de DR. Hude e teve uma crise renal foi atendido na urgência do Memorial São Gabriel . Depois dele ser liberado o médico prescreveu em um receituário que ele fosse atendido por um urologista o mais rápido possível . Levei o papel para a secretaria do Uroagreste ,mostrei e expliquei toda situação. Logo em seguida a mesma com tom de deboche disse que ali não era uma urgência e que eu procurasse uma . Expliquei tudo novamente e perguntei se ela não poderia dar o numero do telefone dele já que o paciente já fez procedimento com Dr Hude, mais a mesma falou que o doutor não autoriza .
É muito triste você ser paciente de um médico e na hora que você mais precisa ele não dar a devida atenção ao paciente.

I went to the office to make an appointment and there was only a vacancy for the 23/05/2022, so I asked if there was no possibility to make an appointment before because My husband is a patient of DR. Hude and had a kidney crisis was seen in the emergency room of Memorial São Gabriel. After he was released, the doctor prescribed in a prescription that he be seen by a urologist as soon as possible. I took the paper to the secretary of Uroagreste, showed and explained the whole situation. Soon after, the same with a mocking tone said that there was not an emergency and that I should look for one. I explained everything again and asked if she could give his phone number since the patient has already had a procedure with Dr Hude, but she said that the doctor does not authorize it.
It's very sad to be a patient of a doctor and when you need it most, he doesn't give the patient due attention.
