★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá à história de como foi a patifaria que a Uroclínica fez comigo:
Hoje é dia 24/06/2020. Ontem eu marquei uma consulta para hoje às 13h. Só que hoje, às 8:55h, me telefonaram querendo mudar o horário da consulta para 11h, e eu aceitei. Cheguei antes do horário e fiquei aguardando. O médico não estava lá às 11h e demorou a aparecer. Em determinado momento eu era o próximo paciente a entrar, e parecia que o médico NÃO estava mais no atendimento do paciente anterior. Esperei até 12:30h quando resolvi ir embora devido ao tamanho desrespeito de marcarem minha consulta para 11h, e 1 hora e meia depois o médico não ter me atendido, sendo que ele nem estava com outro paciente! Outros pacientes estavam sendo atendidos, provavelmente por outro médico, mas o médico Rafael Campos, que deveria me atender, por algum motivo que não me foi explicado, nesse tempo todo só atendeu a um paciente na máximo. Não pretendo voltar à Uroclínica.

Today is 06/24/2020. Yesterday I made an appointment for today at 13h. Only today, at 8: 55h, they called me wanting to change the appointment time to 11h, and I accepted. I arrived before schedule and waited. The doctor was not there at 11 am and was slow to show up. At one point, I was the next patient to come in, and it seemed that the doctor was NO longer attending to the previous patient. I waited until 12: 30h when I decided to leave due to the disrespectful nature of making an appointment for 11 am, and 1 and a half hours later the doctor did not see me, and he was not even with another patient! Other patients were being seen, probably by another doctor, but the doctor Rafael Campos, who was supposed to see me, for some reason that was not explained to me, during that time he only saw one patient at most. I do not intend to return to Uroclínica.
