★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORROROSO : desde a secretaria extremamente sem nenhuma educação te tratando que nem lixo ao o medico que chega ATRASADO nas consultas, o medico chegou me chamando de ANA BEATRIZ, todos os pedidos medicos foram feitos com meu nome errado. Pedi por gentileza que ele concertasse o nome nos meus pedidos e o mesmo me falou que se quisesse isso que eu fosse no outro consultorio dele buscar (AKA: na BARRA). não recomendo a ninguém, gostaria ate de reaver meu dinheiro de volta, visto que nem os pedidos medicos foram realizados
HORROROUS: from the office extremely uneducated, treating you like rubbish to the doctor who arrives LATE in consultations, the doctor arrived calling me ANA BEATRIZ, all medical requests were made with my wrong name. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado fui realizar um exame de urodinâmica neste consultório. Cheguei no horário combinado e pude perceber que o mesmo estava fechado. A secretária chega em cima da hora e ainda atende a mim e minha mãe de forma ríspida. Estava com a bexiga cheia para realizar o exame e a médica que iria o realizar atrasou meia hora para aparecer. Acabei por ir embora sem realizar o exame que tanto necessitava.
Em outra ocasião infelizmente necessitei retornar pois precisava realizar um exame com o dr. Aílton (proprietário). Como tinha algumas dúvidas acabei por pagar uma consulta (por volta de R$700,00). Contei meu caso e o mesmo ficou de marcar o exame de vídeo urodinâmica. Não sou morador do Rio de Janeiro e acabei por ficar 3 semanas na cidade esperando algum retorno sobre o procedimento (sem receber qualquer posicionamento ou informação). Só após este período recebi uma ligação de sua secretária para marcar o mesmo. Acontece que neste ponto já havia decido realizar em outro local. Um detalhe importante: o preço cobrado por seus honorários é MUITO acima do que é cobrado em um hospital de ponta na cidade de São Paulo (Hospital Sírio Libanês).
Joguei dinheiro fora com a consulta e com o tempo que fiquei inutilmente esperando o doutor marcar meu exame.
Não recebi nem um pedido de desculpas pelo transtorno que passei.
Last year I went to take a urodynamic exam in this office. I arrived at the agreed time and could see that it was closed. The secretary arrives at the last minute and still answers me and my mother in a harsh way. I had a full bladder to perform the exam and the doctor who was going to perform it was half an hour late to show up. I ended up leaving without taking the exam I needed so much.
On another occasion unfortunately I needed to return because I needed to perform an exam with dr. Aílton (owner). As I had some doubts I ended up paying for a consultation (around R$700.00). I told my case and the same was to schedule the video urodynamic exam. I'm not a resident of Rio de Janeiro and I ended up staying 3 weeks in the city waiting for some feedback about the procedure (without receiving any positioning or information). Only after this period did I receive a call from his secretary to arrange the same. It turns out that at this point I had already decided to perform in another location. An important detail: the price charged for their fees is MUCH higher than what is charged at a high-end hospital in the city of São Paulo (Hospital Sírio Libanês).
I wasted money on the appointment and the time I was uselessly waiting for the doctor to schedule my exam.
I didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive um atendimento tão ruim quanto ao que recebi da secretária. Ela não me respondeu quando perguntei o endereço, ignorou a pergunta e no dia seguinte (que já era o dia do exame) ela me enviou os preparos para com a minha avó sendo que já estávamos a caminho do consultório; logo não fizemos preparo.
Chegando lá, fiquei sabendo que teria que pagar por um procedimento que não fui informada (absurdo) e na hora de embora estava carregando minha avó na cadeira de rodas, segurando bolsa,casaco e tive que abrir as duas portas sozinha mesmo com muita dificuldade (Isso não é obrigação dela porém ajudas são benvindas) e aí levantou e fechou a porta. No meio desse transtorno esqueci uma sacola com documentos e a mesma poderia ter me ligado ou ido atrás entregar mas só enviou uma mensagem que só vi quando já tinha saído de Botafogo e o uber não pôde voltar (eu teria que pagar um grande extra) e aí tive que voltar de metrô para buscar lá na recepção.
Enfim, é muito sofrível lidar com pessoas que não são muito profissionais e não atendem bem o público. Sugiro um novo treinamento para a recepcionista. Não desejo voltar e não recomendo caso tenham outras opções.
I have never had such bad service as the one I received from the secretary. She didn't answer me when I asked for the address, she ignored the question and the next day (which was already the day of the exam) she sent me the preparations for my grandmother as we were already on our way to the office; So we didn't prepare.
Arriving there, I found out that I would have to pay for a procedure that I was not informed (absurd) and when I was leaving I was carrying my grandmother in a wheelchair, holding a bag, coat and I had to open both doors by myself, even with great difficulty ( This is not her obligation but help is welcome) and then she got up and closed the door. In the midst of this inconvenience I forgot a bag with documents and she could have called me or gone back to deliver but she only sent a message that I only saw when I had already left Botafogo and uber couldn't come back (I would have to pay a big extra) and then I had to go back by subway to look for it at the reception.
Anyway, it is very suffering to deal with people who are not very professional and do not serve the public well. I suggest retraining the receptionist. I don't want to go back and I don't recommend it if you have other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um exame de urodinamica marcado para hoje 22 de fevereiro de 2022 às 9:00, foi enviado instruções via whatssap, para beber água uma hora antes, ou seja, 8:00. Cheguei às 8:30, clínica fechada, apos 15 minutos chegou a secretária acompanhada de outra moca. Forneci meu pedido com meus documentos e fiquei aguardando a chegada da médica, minha bexiga já estava muito cheia e doendo, e perguntei à secretária da médica, porque do atraso, a qual me respondeu que imprevistos acontecem. Não estava mais conseguindo reter a urina e fui ao banheiro. A médica chegou 9:30, nem se desculpou pelo atraso, nem falou nada comigo. Pedi meu pedido de volta e a secretária me deu uma copia,pedi duas vezes e ela não me entregou o pedido original.Fica aqui a minha indignação com o péssimo serviço realizado pela clínica, tanto da parte médica como da secretária Flávia
