Comprei cadeira e veio sem parafusos, não tivemos atendimento para a manutenção.
Para vender são atenciosos, mas para pos vendas deixaram muito a desejar.
Não recomendo.
Used products are better than the new ones they sell.
I bought a chair and it came without screws, we had no service for maintenance.
For sales they are attentive, but for post sales they leave a lot to be desired.
I do not recommend.

Comprei uma mapoteca que eles dizem que estava reformada.
Ela chegou na minha casa bem prejudicada, toda riscada, gavetas enferrujadas, etc... Entrei em contato com a loja para ver o que poderiam fazer e eles não se mostraram disponíveis em de fato fazer alguma coisa.
Uma pena. Não recomendo.
Product full of faults and bad after purchase service.
I bought a map library that they say was renovated.
She arrived at my house badly damaged, all scratched, drawers rusted, etc... I contacted the store to see what they could do and they were not available to actually do anything.
