Fiz contato com a loja do shopping, atravĂ©s de uma rede social, pois estava procurando um par de calçados especĂfico... prontamente e muito rĂĄpido, tive retorno.
A gerente me enviou fotos com o preço e esclareceu todas as minhas dĂșvidas.
No dia seguinte, fui à loja (Tivoli) e uma vendedora me atendeu com simpatia, educação e atenção.
Me mostrou vĂĄrios modelos relacionados aquilo que eu estava procurando. E foi uma experiĂȘncia positiva e surpreendente (pois Ă© raro esse tipo de atendimento). Para mim, ser bem atendida Ă© primordial.
Atendimento excelente, loja linda e com colaboradoras nota 10! †Jå me considero cliente, recomendo e indico a loja Usaflex Tivoli.

I made contact with the mall store, through a social network, because I was looking for a specific pair of shoes... promptly and very quickly, I got a response.
The manager sent me pictures with the price and clarified all my doubts.
The next day, I went to the store (Tivoli) and a saleswoman attended to me with friendliness, politeness and attention.
Showed me several models related to what I was looking for. And it was a positive and surprising experience (as this type of service is rare). For me, being well attended is paramount.
Excellent service, beautiful store and with employees note 10! †I already consider myself a customer, I recommend and nominate the Usaflex Tivoli store.
