★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o contato para fazer o serviço bem ruim. Pedi um serviço de instalação de dois vidros (porta shampoo) de banheiro.
Uma vez combinado, fiquei perguntando como estava a fabricação a semana inteira (sem ter nenhum retorno, nenhuma resposta). Tentei ligar, o responsável (Vitor) não atendeu nenhuma vez.
Quando me respondeu, ficou de passar o prazo pra instalar e não passou. Quando pedi o prazo novamente, falou que ficaria pra semana seguinte.
Quando quis saber o dia e horário exato, ele disse que já tinha falado que seria semana que vem, e me bloqueou no celular.
Ou seja, fechei um serviço, fiquei mais de uma semana sem retorno de prazo de instalação e, ainda ficou incomodado de eu estar perguntando (sendo que ele não respondia nada, parecia que não queria fazer o serviço). Se não queria fazer o serviço, falava no primeiro dia que eu não perdia meu tempo.
Não recomendo a perda de tempo que tive nem o incômodo que passei.
I found the contact to do the job pretty bad. I ordered a service to install two windows (shampoo door) for the bathroom.
Once agreed, I kept asking how the manufacturing was all week (no feedback, no response). I tried to call, the person in charge (Vitor) did not answer once.
When he replied, he missed the deadline to install and he didn't. When I asked for the deadline again, he said he would stay for the following week.
When I wanted to know the exact day and time, he said he had already said it would be next week, and he blocked my cell phone.
In other words, I closed a service, I didn't return the installation deadline for more than a week, and it still bothered me that I was asking (since he didn't answer anything, it seemed he didn't want to do the service). If I didn't want to do the job, I said on the first day that I wasn't wasting my time.
I don't recommend the waste of time I had or the inconvenience I went through.
