Há 8 meses tento contato e por inúmeras vezes marcaram de fazer os ajustes necessários e nada. Perdi essa semana uma folha de vidro de quase 2 mil reais, simplesmente pq a mesma quebrou por falta de assistência. Agora estou com outra com o mesmo problema e não consigo abrir meu negócio. Vou passar vergonha mais um fim de semana perante meus clientes pelo fato de uma porta não correr no trilho. Coisa chata. Se caso resolverem dar suporte posso pensar em ajustar meu comentário. Caso contrário já sabem. Pensem bem antes de fazer negócio!
I had a hard time closing a deal with them. Good price and great service. Until you need adjustments / support. I have been trying to contact you for 8 months and have repeatedly made the necessary adjustments and nothing. This week I lost a sheet of glass of almost 2 thousand reais, simply because it broke for lack of assistance. Now I'm with another one with the same problem and I can't open my business. I will be ashamed for another weekend before my customers for the fact that a door does not run on the rail. Boring. If they decide to give support I can think about adjusting my comment. Otherwise you already know. Think carefully before doing business!

Destaco o atendimento do Gustavo que tirou todas as minhas dúvidas sobre os sistemas de fechamento, e a fantástica película solar. Foi a empresa que melhor atenção me deu, recomendo.
