★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje utilizei pela primeira vez a USF Eucaliptos com grandes surpresas, pois sempre escutamos o péssimo atendimento do SUS. Tive a alegria de desmistificar isso nessa Unidade de Saúde da Família. Cheguei as 7h no local e já foi o décimo da fila para atendimento ao médico. Esperei e antes de ser atendido, uma senhora (infelizmente no momento não perguntei sei nome), perguntou se eu estava com dor. Falei que sim (suspeita de hérnia de disco). Com isso, prontamente ela solicitou a todos que estavam na sala de espera para que eu passasse na frente, se alguém se importava com essa situação. Assim, pude ser atendido no lugar dessa senhora (terceira da fila). Pois bem. Surpresas boas e isso só vais validade a importância dos SERES HUMANOS, na sua essência. Enfim, foi muito bem atendido nessa USF. parabéns a todos que fazem parte desse espaço.
Today I used the USF Eucalyptus for the first time with great surprises, as we always listen to the terrible service provided by SUS. I had the joy of demystifying this at the Family Health Unit. I arrived at 7 am at the place and it was already the tenth of the queue for medical assistance. I waited and before being seen, a lady (unfortunately at the time I didn't ask her name), asked if I was in pain. I said yes (suspected herniated disc). With that, she promptly asked everyone in the waiting room to pass me, if anyone cared about this situation. So, I was able to be served in the place of this lady (third in line). Well then. Good surprises and that will only validate the importance of HUMAN BEINGS, in essence. Anyway, he was very well attended in this FHU. congratulations to everyone who is part of this space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho tomado as vacinas nessa USF e o atendimento tem sido satisfatório. Sempre fui bem atendida. Até agora não tenho do que reclamar. É perto da minha casa e isso facilita demais o meu dia-a-dia.
I have been taking the vaccines at this USF and the service has been satisfactory. I have always been well attended. So far I have nothing to complain about. It's close to my house and it makes my day-to-day a lot easier.

Quem vim aqui falar de bem e porq bate o ponto lá pra receber sem trabalhar ou porq tem família que são favorecida nesse emprego fantasma
Horrible there is no nurse to attend to the children i always claim that the nurse is sick another time she has a broken arm i in these lame excuses they don't put substitutes not to mention that the person dies from calling i no one answers this is in the morning i in the afternoon
Who came here to talk about good things and why do I get paid without working or because there are family members who are favored in this phantom job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei porque tem telefone eles não atendem, hj mesmo liguei em torno de 20 vezes e nada, toda vez que vou nesse USF não tem enfermeira pra vacinar, povo extremamente mal educado.
I don't know why there is a phone they don't answer, today I called around 20 times and nothing, every time I go to this FHU there is no nurse to vaccinate, extremely rude people.
