★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fui ao PS me mandaram pro posto liguei pra saber se tinha atendimento médico falaram q sim das 9 da manhã as 11 fui até lá o rapaz falou q não tinha médico tive q volta ao PS é melhor fechar logo pra que tanto funcionário se não tem atendimento.
Bad service I went to the PS I was sent to the clinic I called to find out if there was medical assistance they said yes from 9 in the morning at 11 I went there the boy said that there was no doctor I had to go back to the PS it is better to close soon so that so many employees if not has service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a USF Jd.Europa hoje 05/03/2021 às 7:30 hs fazer coleta de sangue com 12 hs de jejum, pois estou com diabetes tipo 2 e não deixaram fazer o exame, pois tinha encerrado a coleta que começa às 7 hs, mas o posto anda completamente vazio, nos últimos 15 dias que estive lá à impressão que não estão trabalhando, acostumaram com a pandemia e não precisar atender ninguém, e agora querem continuar à não fazer nada, pois não gera custos para o governo com exames, insumos etc, um descaso com a população do bairro Jd. Europa e Sertaozinho...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, agenda para marcação de consultas sempre fechada, perdem exames, exames que tem que marcar nunca chamam para fazer. Os funcionários dão informações desencontradas, cada um fala uma coisa. Uma verdadeira desordem!
Terrible, schedule for appointments always closed, they miss exams, exams that have to be scheduled, they never call to do it. Employees give mismatched information, each one says something. A real mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da recepção. . Não queria marcar de jeito nenhum a consulta pra mim, falou que é só no aplicativo sendo que eu sempre tento quando abre agenda e n consigo. Ficaram só jogando um pro outro, ah fala com a acs, dps fala com a médica, fala com a psiquiatra, sendo que a agenda fica na recepção. Fazendo os pacientes de trouxa.
No final acabou marcando , e n custou nada pra ele. Pq eles mesmo resolveram marcar. Má vontade de atender, Aplicativo q nem funciona. Consulta sendo desmarcada sem nenhum aviso pro paciente. Um absurdo
