★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita gente marcada para a capacidade do local, que fica superlotado, com pessoas em pé. Estou desde às 10 horas da manhã até agora (12:40) e não fui atendida. Ainda há várias pessoas na minha frente e minha consulta estava marcada para 11:00 horas, mas desse jeito, serei atendida com mais de 3 horas de atraso.
Many people marked for the capacity of the place, which is overcrowded, with people standing. I am from 10 am until now (12:40) and I have not been answered. There are still several people in front of me and my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am, but this way, I will be seen more than 3 hours late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De uma desorganização excêntrica. Exames de sangue e os demais indico que sejam feitos em outros lugares, que o plano também contempla com mais respeito e dignidade. Principalmente os idosos coitados da pena muitos vem de muito longe e muitas vezes não são atendidos. É realmente lastimável.
Of an eccentric disorganization. Blood tests and others I suggest that they be done in other places, which the plan also contemplates with more respect and dignity. Especially the poor elderly people, many come from far away and are often not attended to. It's really pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Além da demora no local, não enviaram todos os exames que solicitei, mesmo após mais de um mês. Sem contar na IMPOSSIBILIDADE de falar com eles, pois NÃO ATENDEM TELEFONE EM HIPOTESE ALGUMA. Já cheguei a passar, literalmente, 10 minutos aguardando que atendessem o telefone, até desistir.
Horrible service. In addition to the delay at the location, they did not send all the exams I requested, even after more than a month. Not to mention the IMPOSSIBILITY of talking to them, because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IN ANY EVENT. I already spent literally 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone, until I gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone. Necessitava apenas saber se o exame que marquei à 3 meses, seria realizado no dia(18/01/22). Passei na 1º ligação 10min e 41seg, na 2º 10min e 40seg ambas só na música e mais, foram desligadas. Precisando assim ligar novamente. Na 3º passei mais 6min e 49seg. Somando todas, temos que passar mais de 20min para sermos atendidos. E ainda temos que colocar uma estrela, por mim não colocaria nenhuma mais!!!!....e não é a primeira vez!!!!
Bad phone service. I just needed to know if the exam I scheduled 3 months ago would be held on (01/18/22). I spent 10min and 41sec on the 1st call, 10min and 40sec on the 2nd, both just in music and more, were turned off. So needing to call again. In the 3rd I spent another 6min and 49sec. Adding them all together, we have to spend more than 20 minutes to be served. And we still have to put a star, for me I wouldn't put any more!!!!....and it's not the first time!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem a pandemia melhorou a espera no quesito atendimento. Perdi três horas e meia pra ir numa consulta de cinco minutos com dra(ginecologista, sem citar nomes ela vai continuar péssima!!!!). Foi decepcionante mas como o plano é sassepe eu entendi que a produção é mais importante. Atendente legalzinha mas a espera da médica foi de matar. Vc sai do seu trabalho e marca um atendimento com hora marcada, chega dez minutos antes, sai três horas e meia depois e é atendida em cinco minutos.
Not even the pandemic improved the wait in terms of service. I wasted three and a half hours to go to a five-minute appointment with a dr (gynecologist, without naming names she will still be terrible!!!!). It was disappointing but as the plan is sossepe I understood that production is more important. Nice attendant but the wait for the doctor was killer. You leave your work and make an appointment with an appointment, arrive ten minutes earlier, leave three and a half hours later and are seen in five minutes.
