Bad service, abusive prices and lack of resolution. Most of the positive comments on Google, website and app are from the teachers themselves. Today, if I had a choice, I would do it at another English school.

Os professores também são ótimos, todos muito competentes e atenciosos. Outro fator muito positivo é o preço. Enfim, super indico.
It was one of the few English schools that I was able to adapt to, due to the flexibility of hours and the possibility of accessing online classes according to my availability. The teachers are also great, all very competent and attentive. Another very positive factor is the price. Anyway, super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização máxima. Não recebi 3 livros dos 4 que eles possuem, solicitei diversas vezes e nunca foi dado um prazo. Cancelei o curso fazendo um acordo escrito para abater a taxa de cancelamento do material que eu NÃO RECEBI (inclusive, perdendo dinheiro) e hoje acordo com a surpresa de um e-mail que eles solicitaram a inclusão do meu nome no Serasa.
Edit: ainda estou esperando o retorno do contato de vocês. Entrei em contato por telefone, por whatsapp, por instagram e não recebi retorno. Meu nome está no Serasa e meu score baixou muito, coisa que eu zelo para manter.
Edit2: Após dias ligando para a escola, atenderam, conversei com uma pessoa que parece ser a responsável e foi solicitado o acordo escrito para remoção do nome junto ao órgão. (Se eu tivesse confiado na escola ou perdido o papel, estaria negativado até hoje) Enfim, me livrei.
Maximum disorganization. I didn't receive 3 books out of the 4 they have, I requested several times and was never given a deadline. I canceled the course by making a written agreement to reduce the cancellation fee for the material that I DIDN'T RECEIVE (including losing money) and today I wake up to the surprise of an email that they asked to include my name in Serasa.
Edit: I'm still waiting for your response. I contacted by phone, whatsapp, instagram and received no response. My name is on Serasa and my score has dropped a lot, which I am keen to maintain.
Edit2: After days of calling the school, they answered, I talked to a person who seems to be responsible and asked for a written agreement to remove the name with the agency. (If I had trusted the school or lost the paper, I would have been negative to this day) Anyway, I got rid of it.
