★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção foi acima da média. Após passar pela recepcionista , o Dr Rodrigo em pessoa me apresentou a clínica ( muito bonita e limpa ) , além de outras pessoas que lá trabalham. A estrutura é de alto nível , mas o que eu achei demais , foi a tranquilidade
confiança e segurança que eles transmitem pois confesso que sempre morri de medo de dentista. ( Fugia literalmente). No relatório que preenchi na chegada , são pedidos alguns dados , e fiquei fascinado ao deitar-me na cadeira do consultório para avaliação e dar de cara com uma TV enorme no teto , passando clipes do estilo de música que citei . Estava um pouco tenso ...... Acalmei. Relaxei. Recomendo , pois com certeza quem for sairá satisfeito. Resultados ? Vá lá fazer uma avaliação e peça pro Dr Rodrigo mostrar pacientes tratados na clínica.
Reception was above average. After going through the receptionist, Dr Rodrigo himself introduced me to the clinic (very beautiful and clean), as well as other people who work there. The structure is top notch , but what I thought was great , was the tranquility .
confidence and security that they convey because I confess that I have always been terrified of the dentist. (literally ran away). In the report I filled out upon arrival, some data is requested, and I was fascinated as I lay down in the office chair for evaluation and found myself facing a huge TV on the ceiling, playing clips of the style of music I mentioned. I was a little tense...... I calmed down. I relaxed. I recommend it, because for sure whoever goes will be satisfied. results ? Go there for an evaluation and ask Dr Rodrigo to show patients treated at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Clínica é realmente incrível! Em questão de infraestrutura, eles são impecáveis! O atendimento também foi excelente. Quando cheguei, me deparei com uma sala de espera linda e ampla (tudo muito limpo), o atendimento na recepção foi imediato e as recepcionistas me trataram super bem. Logo depois, me deram um questionário bem diferente, com perguntas como "Qual o seu hobby" e "Qual sua cor favorita", depois entendi que isso era para o meu conforto durante o atendimento, pois todas as salas contam com televisores no teto para que possamos nos distrair durante o exame, passando coisas de nosso interesse!
A consulta em si, também foi ótima, o dentista foi muito gentil e examinou tudo com cuidado, além de explicar em detalhes sobre como estava a minha boca e quais os tratamentos que deveriam ser feitos.
Ao final, fui para uma sala onde definimos as questões de pagamento. A funcionária foi muito educada e me ajudou com as questões que levantei.
Para finalizar, um cafézinho bem gostoso, acompanhado de um docinho!
Amei a experiência e recomendo fortemente!
The Clinic is really amazing! In terms of infrastructure, they are impeccable! The service was also excellent. When I arrived, I came across a beautiful and spacious waiting room (everything very clean), the reception service was immediate and the receptionists treated me very well. Soon after, they gave me a very different questionnaire, with questions like "What's your hobby" and "What's your favorite color", then I understood that this was for my comfort during the service, as all rooms have televisions on the ceiling to that we can distract ourselves during the exam, passing on things of interest to us!
The consultation itself was also great, the dentist was very kind and examined everything carefully, as well as explaining in detail how my mouth was and what treatments should be done.
In the end, I went to a room where we defined the payment questions. The employee was very polite and helped me with the questions I raised.
Finally, a very tasty coffee, accompanied by a sweetie!
I loved the experience and highly recommend it!
