★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente foi ótimo início de fevereiro. Fechamos um pacote de vacinas relativo a faixa etária nossa(eu e minha esposa). Faltam ainda outras a serem tomadas. Porém, na época a vacina H1N1/Influenza estava em falta, mas nos foi dito que assim que chegasse receberíamos telefonema. Para surpresa nossa, nem responder o zap respondem e tive a sorte no dia 25 de março responderem pedindo desculpas pela demanda, recebi o telefonema educado do gestor da clínica que me explicou que mais de 1000 pessoas estariam na fila antes da data que contratei os serviços. O que fiz, fingi que acreditei......De qualquer forma não respondem a nenhum telefonema e nem zap. Em que lugar da fila estamos? Eles eram ótimos, mas na crise ficam a desejar. Marcio. Espero mudar esta avaliação em breve com justificativa plausível.
Initially it was a great beginning of February. We closed a vaccine package for our age group (my wife and I). There are still others to be taken. However, at the time the H1N1 / Influenza vaccine was missing, but we were told that as soon as it arrived we would receive a phone call. To our surprise, not even answering the zap answer and I was lucky on March 25 to respond apologizing for the demand, I received the polite call from the clinic manager who explained to me that more than 1000 people would be in line before the date I hired the services . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento da Vacinae e sua equipe. A enfermeira Ana Beatriz foi super atenciosa com nosso filho. E gostamos muito do fato de atenderem em domicilio e acho que isso também contou pra que não tivesse aquela pressão toda em cima da criança. Obrigada
