★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente normalmente com muitas filas, algo que poderia ser facilmente resolvido com o aumento no número de atendentes. Sem falar no preço alto do passe, considerando a cidade e a qualidade dos transportes.

Além de fazer o procedimento para retirar a carteira, que consiste em, geralmente, enfrentar uma fila para apresentar os documentos, tirar a foto e pagar a taxa, você precisa fazer um cadastro no site e levar o número do protocolo e seus documentos, inclusive a declaração da escola e o RDM, caso você seja universitário, ao stand do Sitrans, depois você ainda precisa tirar fotografias em uma sala para poder renovar seu passe. Considero que é possível tornar menos exaustivo o atendimento para facilitar o acesso dos usuários a esse direito.
