★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra com eles pelo whatsapp e fui até a loja buscar, a loja fica no centro e não tem como parar a não ser no estacionamento que a loja tem convênio, por um engano da vendedora, me foi entregue o produto com numeração errada, quando vi em casa tive que voltar até lá p trocar e eles ainda me cobraram o estacionamento. Gastei mais de 450 reais na loja e eles perderam uma cliente por menos de 5 reais de estacionamento. Um ato pequeno de indelicadeza desnecessária.
I made a purchase with them by whatsapp and went to the store to get it, the store is in the center and there is no way to stop except in the parking lot where the store has an agreement, due to a mistake by the seller, the product was delivered to me with the wrong numbering, when i saw it at home i had to go back there to change it and they even charged me for parking. I spent more than 450 reais in the store and they lost a customer for less than 5 reais of parking. A small act of unnecessary rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca irei me esquecer o quão desagradável é estar nessa loja, as funcionárias tem o nariz la na testa, já fui umas 5 vezes e das 5, as 4 vezes ninguem nem olhou na minha cara e nem na da minha mâe. A segunda vez que fui uma funcionária nos tratou com deboche, achei ridículo, mas ótimo perderam uma venda!!! Eu de verdade não entendo pra que tanto ar de superioridade, a unica vez que fiz uma compra lá foi com uma mocinha lourinha que nos atendeu SUPER bem pena que não esta mais lá pois era a unica que salvava, eu também nao entendo como a Cafe Cafe e do mesmo dono, pois lá as atendentes são bem mais simpaticas da até gosto de commprar!!!
Enfim, espero que vocês revejam essas funcionárias pois pra mim nem 1 estrela merecia. As roupas são lindissimas mas o atendimento pessimo.
I will never forget how unpleasant it is to be in this store, the employees have their noses on their foreheads, I've been 5 times and out of 5, the 4 times no one has even looked at my face or my mother's. The second time I was an employee she treated us with debauchery, I thought it was ridiculous, but great they lost a sale !!! I really do not understand why so much air of superiority, the only time I made a purchase there was with a blonde girl who attended us SUPER well pity that she is not there anymore because she was the only one who saved, I also do not understand how the Cafe Cafe and the same owner, because there the attendants are much more sympathetic to even like to buy !!!
Anyway, I hope you will review these employees because for me not even 1 star deserved it. The clothes are beautiful but the service is terrible.
