★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito chateado com a loja..comprei e precisei trocar esperei 2 semana a peça chegar e quando chegou disse que o valor da peça tinha aumentado que precisava pagar uma diferença ...
Isso por que só comprei a calça pra usa no meu aniversário e ainda não usei tive que compra outra esperando chegar...e quando chegou ela aumentou o valor da peça . Pedi uma calça da prada ..mas minha intenção era compra uma preta pois na foto que me mandaram parecia preta mas infelizmente quando fui ver era azul escuro então pedi pra trocar por que queria preta ..mas esperei chegar e quando chegou disse que o valor tinha aumentado ..fiquei muito chateada não esperava que isso ia acontecer ou poderia ter me avisado já que ela não devolve o dinheiro poderia ter me avisado antes pois esperei 2 semana pra chega a calça..enfim Desejo sucesso aí pra loja....agora que essa foto a calça tá preta .. tá ?
E a resposta dela foi que a outra peça era mais cara...eu não comprei o outro produto eu comprei esse produto ...o que seria justo era cancelar a venda pois eu não estava satisfeita com produto e estava com produto que não era o produto que eu queria ... priorizar seu cliente e o principal de uma loja ...ou mesmo trazer do produto que eu comprei ou dar desconto na peça ..sim pedi até mesmo desconto mas Mesmo assim não deram ...
