Negociei o aluguel de um imóvel através do corretor, ele me disse que o proprietário havia concordado, e que tínhamos um negócio fechado. No mesmo dia enviei todos os documentos solicitados, e no final da semana perguntei se estava ok, e me responderam que sim, que só estavam correndo com os trâmites burocráticos (isso era sexta-feira). Pintei meu antigo apartamento para a devolução, encaixotei parte das coisas, pois estava na expectativa de pegar as chaves na próxima semana.
Quando fui perguntar novamente na segunda-feira, me disseram que tinham um """ notícia ruim """, e que eles tinham dado preferência para outra pessoa no aluguel do apartamento.
Comportamento extremamente antiético, fiquem ligados.
I had the worst possible experience at that broker.
I negotiated the rental of a property through the broker, he told me that the owner had agreed, and that we had a closed deal. On the same day I sent all the requested documents, and at the end of the week I asked if it was ok, and they answered yes, that they were only running with the bureaucratic procedures (that was Friday). I painted my old apartment for the return, boxed some of the stuff, as I was hoping to get the keys next week.
When I went to ask again on Monday, I was told that they had "" "bad news" "" and that they had given preference to someone else when renting the apartment.
Extremely unethical behavior, stay tuned.
