O local simples e rústico não revela à primeira vista os talentos do Sr. Tavares, um português típico da região da Guarda que desde pequeno aprendeu a cozinhar com base nas mais antigas tradições lusitanas. A maior parte dos ingredientes utilizados nos pratos são frescos, cultivados de forma orgânica na chácara que fica ao fundo do restaurante, sendo colhidos no exato momento da preparação dos pratos, garantindo ainda mais qualidade e sabor. Sem falar no bate-papo cultural sobre a cultura portuguesa que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Voltaremos muitas vezes!
It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. It was something completely surprising. The simple and rustic place does not reveal at first sight the talents of Mr. Tavares, a typical Portuguese from the Guarda region who since he was little learned to cook based on the oldest Portuguese traditions. Most of the ingredients used in the dishes are fresh, organically grown in the farm at the back of the restaurant, and harvested at the exact time the dishes are prepared, ensuring even more quality and flavor. Not to mention the cultural chat about Portuguese culture that made the experience even more pleasant. We will be back many times!
