★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleno feriado de carnaval e só um ônibus pra fazer a linha Santos-Ilha Comprida, e ainda chegou com 1 hora de atraso, em Peruíbe onde eu estava esperando, mano nesses dias pois um ônibus extra e faz a viagem em horários diferentes, fui comprar passagem e não pude pois não sabiam se tinham lugar disponível e realmente não tinha, 10 passageiros viajaram de pé por um bom tempo e eu fui um deles, total desorganização e falta de respeito com os clientes!
 Full carnival holiday and just a bus to make the Santos-Ilha Comprida line, and it still arrived 1 hour late, in Peruíbe where I was waiting, bro these days because an extra bus and makes the trip at different times, I went to buy I couldn't pass because I didn't know if there was a seat available and I really didn't have it, 10 passengers traveled standing for a long time and I was one of them, total disorganization and lack of respect with customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na agência do Taboão. Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Passagem p idoso tem q pedir com no mínimo 5 dias de antecedência segundo eles informaram e nem sequer tem desconto de 50% no valor. Ônibus sujo por dentro.
I went to the agency of Taboão. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Passage for the elderly has to ask at least 5 days in advance as they informed and does not even have 50% discount in value. Dirty bus inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior q isso nunca tinha visto. Já era ruim, agora tá pior. Além de não ter ônibus suficiente , ainda saiu atrasado mais de meia hora da rodoviária da Peruíbe. Coitado do motorista. Q mal chegou de uma viagem longa, teve q voltar pra fazer outra viagem. Descaso com o passageiro e com seu funcionários
Worse than it had ever seen. It was bad, now it's worse. In addition to not having enough buses, it was still more than half an hour late from the Peruíbe bus station. Poor driver. I barely arrived from a long trip, had to go back to do another trip. Disregard for the passenger and his employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa nunca tem ônibus reserva para suprir atrasos que ocorrem por trânsitos que ocorrem na rodovia. Já perdi as contas das vezes que mofei esperando o ônibus na rodoviária. Quando se questiona no guichê, é a mesma coisa que nada... Só resta esperar.
The company never has a reserve bus to cover delays that occur due to traffic on the highway. I've lost count of the times I got moldy waiting for the bus at the bus station. When you question yourself at the window, it's the same as nothing ... You just have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, entretanto os funcionários não portavam devidamente as máscaras. Ônibus rodoviário razoável, porém com pouca opção de horários.
I was well attended, however the employees did not properly wear the masks. Reasonable road bus, but with little choice of timetable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei ônibus de Peruíbe a Pedro de Toledo são sujos quando chove joga a água das poças para dentro pelo assoalho molhando os passageiros e um abresudo. Os de santos estão numa situação regular ruim.. só vou para santos no Breda que está numa situação melhor....
I didn't like buses from Peruíbe to Pedro de Toledo they are dirty when it rains, it throws the water from puddles into the floor, wetting passengers and a breech. The saints are in a bad regular situation... I only go to saints in Breda who are in a better situation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos passagem que custou 47 reais de ilha comprida a Peruíbe e o ônibus com o condicionador de ar quebrado e trocaram de ônibus velho e poderia até ficar na estrada!!!
We bought a ticket that cost 47 reais from long island to Peruíbe and the bus with the broken air conditioner and changed old buses and could even stay on the road!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going from Sao Paulo to cananeia today. There is only one direct bus going per day. But I noticed that there are more buses going to Registro, where I can transfer. In this way I should arrive at 16.00 hours instead of at 20.00. 30 minutes transfer time should be plenty after a journey of 3 hours and a half. Or so I thought. The bus at 10.00 in Barra Funda was delayed by 2 hours and a half. If I miss the connecting bus at Registro, at 15.45, which is likely, I will arrive on Cananeia with a 4 hour delay, and I would arrive at the same time as I would have with the ditect bus. In short, half a day wasted for nothing.
