Notícia boa: meu dinheiro foi devolvido. Mas o custo de retornar à loja foi meu, ou seja, 240km ida e volta.
Terrible. I live in Cumuruxatiba, 120km away. I bought a TPLink router at the store and when the technician went to install it, the device was already used and some parts and the manual were missing from the box.
Good news: my money was returned. But the cost of returning to the store was mine, that is, 240km round trip.
