Tive uma má experiência atualmente.Posso classificar como vendedores sem interesse em vender( tive esse problema com duas vendedoras diferentes). Acho que a gerencia deveria prezar pela qualidade de atendimento que já tiveram um dia...
Once a good company today leaves a lot to be desired. Delay in sending quotes, no return on the phone. I had a bad experience currently. I can classify as sellers not interested in selling (I had this problem with two different sellers). I think management should value the quality of care that they once had...

Estava com profissional em minha residência, mas pediram para levar a tinta para avaliação, para depois fazerem a troca, se fosse o caso. Falta de visão de uma empresa, com mentalidade pequena. Por conta de um galão de tinta, não comprarei mais com eles o material necessário para a pintura de toda a minha casa.
I bought a paint in one color and another came. I asked for a replacement but was not answered. I was with a professional at my residence, but they asked to take the paint for evaluation, and then exchange it, if that was the case. Lack of vision of a company, with small mentality. Because of a gallon of paint, I will no longer buy from them the material needed to paint my entire house.
