I am satisfied with the service, the company carried out what it promised, waterproofing my slab, on time and without any setbacks. Service was completed a week ago and I just made my assessment now, as I was expecting a consistent rain to be able to assess impartially.

Agora, com a impermeabilização, está ótimo. A laje foi submetida ao teste de 72h e não vimos nenhum sinal de infiltração. Também tivemos uma chuva volumosa e dentro de casa continuou tudo seco. Estou muito satisfeita com o serviço e recomendo.
Trained and kind professionals, fair price and excellent service. Years ago we faced a great infiltration in every room of our house. Now, with waterproofing, it's great. The slab was subjected to the 72h test and we did not see any signs of infiltration. We also had a heavy rain and in the house everything was still dry. Vi as boas avaliações e entrei em contato para uma avaliação na laje do prédio que já tinha uma manta asfáltica, mas, estava aparecendo manchas de umidades nos tetos de nossos apartamentos. O Alan foi super profissional desde o primeiro contato. Fez a avaliação da manta asfáltica já instalada por uma outra empresa, nos explicou os problemas encontrados e a solução para resolvê-los. Ele nos passou muita segurança.
O reparo na manta foi feito em um dia atípico, pois tinha previsão de chuva para os dias seguintes. E ainda bem que se dispôs a fazer em dia atípico, pois desde a noite do mesmo dia choveu muito e no dia seguinte também e ate agora sem manchas de umidade em nossos tetos. Apesar de pouco tempo de serviço realizado, creio que agora ficamos livres de vez dessas infiltrações.
Eu recomendo o profissional Alan e sua empresa Veda Água Impermeabilizações, pois, foram muito profissionais, empáticos e honestos quanto aos serviços de reparos na manta asfaltica e valor cobrado.
We had an old problem of infiltration in the roof of the building. I found this company through internet searches. I saw the good reviews and got in touch for an assessment on the slab of the building that already had an asphalt blanket, but was appearing damp patches on the ceilings of our apartments. Alan was super professional from the first contact. He evaluated the asphalt mat already installed by another company, explained the problems encountered and the solution to solve them. He gave us a lot of security.
The repair to the blanket was made on an unusual day, as rain was forecast for the following days. And it's good that he was willing to do it on an unusual day, because since the night of the same day it rained a lot and the next day too, and so far without any damp stains on our ceilings. Despite the short time of service performed, I believe that we are now completely free from these infiltrations.
