★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço deles. O técnico me ligou sem mesmo ter ido na minha casa já tendo um parecer sobre minha máquina. Mal olhou a máquina é já estava com o valor em mãos . Perdi a confiança nessa empresa. Já tinha feito um serviço com eles, pensei que era uma empresa séria.
 I didn't like their service. The technician called me without even having gone to my house already having an opinion about my machine. As soon as he looked at the machine, he already had the value in hand. I lost confidence in this company. I had already done a job with them, I thought it was a serious company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Também não recomendo a empresa. Solicitei atendimento para conversão de fogão GN para GLP. Vieram, fizeram avaliação (cobraram pela vinda) e depois recebi o retorno que não acharam a peça que precisava. Ou seja, meu problema não foi resolvido e ainda gastei dinheiro para a vida do técnico.
Sugeri a devolução do valor pago (que, a princípio, seria abatido no valor do serviço), e não concordaram.
I also don't recommend the company. I requested assistance for conversion of GN stove to LPG. They came, they did an evaluation (they charged for the arrival) and then I received the feedback that they did not find the piece they needed. In other words, my problem was not solved and I still spent money for the technician's life.
I suggested returning the amount paid (which, in principle, would be deducted from the service fee), and they did not agree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo falta de etica é profissionalismo Em contato data 29/07/2021 pelo Whatsapp passamos a informacao da marca da lavadora Enxuta de roupas é fotos da mesma para ver o modelo se tem conserto. Solicitamos visita técnico a pagar 20,00 para uma avaliação detalhada da máquina. Mas o técnico só olhou que é enxuta é disse não ter conserto sem identificar o problema. E que no sap era robô !? Então bastava as fotos enviadas no sap para fazer tal afirmação descartar visita é nosso prejuízo de 20.00 reais.
