★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caiu demais a qualidade no atendimento, meu carro foi periciado ainda na parte da manhã e só foi liberado faltando 20 minutos p 16h. Busquei informações e demoraram a retornar. Não achei a equipe amadora. Próximo ano irei na concorrente. Não recomendo. Aida observei alguns privilégios. Pessoas chegaram depois e saíram antes de mim. Não se tratava de retorno até porque mesmo sendo tem que se respeitar a ordem de chegada.
The quality of the service dropped too much, my car was checked in the morning and was only released 20 minutes to go at 4 pm. I looked for information and they were slow to return. I didn't find the team amateur. Next year I will go to the competitor. I do not recommend. Aida noticed some privileges. People arrived later and left before me. It wasn't about a return, because even though it is necessary to respect the order of arrival.

Spacious place, great service with waiting room with air conditioning tv coffee and water while you wait I finish the inspection I recommend it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orrivel, cheguei as 09:40 pra sair às 16:00 isso é um absurdo. O carro saiu da área de inspeção e ficou no estacionamento pôr horas, fora a sala de espera quente e desconfortável...
Orrivel, I arrived at 09:40 to leave at 16:00 this is absurd. The car left the inspection area and sat in the parking lot for hours, outside the hot and uncomfortable waiting room...

Pessoas de todos os estados procuram eles por ser o melhor da PB.Ao contrario do que li nos comentários abaixo, o meu atendimento foi bem rápido pq não perdi tempo em me apresentar e fazer o pagamento. Realmente se vc chegar e não fizer sua parte dando a documentação e informações , vai demorar mesmo. Deixei de fazer no concorrente por motivos de ética comercial e péssimo atendimento
High quality service, well-trained staff, air-conditioned waiting area, coffee, biscuits and mineral water. People from all states look for them for being the best in PB. Contrary to what I read in the comments below, my service was very fast because I didn't waste time in introducing myself and making the payment. Really if you arrive and don't do your part giving the documentation and information, it will take a long time. I stopped doing it at the competitor for reasons of business ethics and bad service
