★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo. Sempre pagamos à vista. Atrasa entrega. Pedido quase nunca vem completo. Sempre a nota vem com um valor dos produtos e outro valor que será pago acima do valor total dos produtos. Repassam valores que são se responsabilidade deles. Chegam a cobrar até frete. Sem contar que, mesmo sabendo o horário em que a empresa está fechada, vêm muitas vezes nesse horário e depois justificam que não fizeram a entrega pelo fato de estar a empresa fechada. O pedido é semanal, mas já ficamos muitas vezes duas semanas seguidas sem produto por conta dos problemas com as entregas.
 The service is terrible. We always pay cash. Delay delivery. Order almost never comes complete. The note always comes with a value of the products and another value that will be paid above the total value of the products. They pass on values that are their responsibility. They even charge for shipping. Not to mention that, even though they know the time when the company is closed, they often come at that time and then justify that they did not deliver due to the fact that the company is closed. The order is weekly, but we are often two weeks in a row without product due to problems with deliveries.

Poor service from sellers is choosing short of sells if I had a vote by customers the solar changes its name here in Paraiba I believe that the solar itself does not recognize what its sellers are doing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado a maneira de trabalhar com entregas, não tem um horário definido de rota, faziam entregas logo cedo, depois passaram a entregar depois do almoço e as últimas vezes foram depois do horário de trabalho. Temos que ficar o dia inteiro 24hs a disposição deles para poder receber um produto que estamos pagando, não estou pedindo de graça. Deixando de vender por falta de organização e entendimento com o cliente. Já duas vezes que cancelam meus pedidos por falta de recebimento fora do horário comercial.
The way of working with deliveries is very disorganized, there is no defined route schedule, they made early deliveries, then started to deliver after lunch and the last times were after working hours. We have to be at their disposal 24 hours a day in order to receive a product that we are paying for, I'm not asking for free. Failing to sell due to lack of organization and understanding with the customer. Already twice they have canceled my orders for lack of receipt outside business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo. A gente espera mais de 10 minutos no telefone pra ser atendido, vendedor não responde no WhatsApp, não atende ligações... Alô Coca Cola bora mudar isso aí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. O pedido demora pra chegar e ninguém se pronuncia pra resolver o problema. Um joga para o outro e simplesmente vc fica sem a mercadoria para atender seus clientes. Não existe compromisso no atendimento. Vc tem que orar a Deus pra que sua mercadoria chegue. Uma vergonha.
Terrible service. The order takes a long time to arrive and no one comes forward to solve the problem. One plays for the other and you simply run out of merchandise to serve your customers. There is no commitment to service. You have to pray to God for your merchandise to arrive. A shame.
