★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de internet por fibra ótica é bom, porém ao domingos se precisar de manutenção(como agora) não terá, você paga caro no serviço e se ficar sem internet no domingo vai ter que esperar até segunda as 09:00 h para conseguir falar com eles, isso não faz o menor sentido, não colocar ao menos um plantão é ridículo.
The internet service by fiber optics is good, but on Sundays if you need maintenance (as now) you won't have to, you pay a lot for the service and if you run out of internet on Sunday you will have to wait until Monday at 9:00 am to be able to speak with them, it doesn’t make any sense, not even putting on one shift is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema é que vem ocorrendo quedas diárias de serviço e infelizmente aos domingos como agora infelizmente não existe a menor possibilidade alguém da empresa resolver o problema de falta de internet e também na conta não vem nenhum abatimento relativo à interrupção de serviços infelizmente não posso falar bem se não dão 100% de manutenção aos assinantes estou a procura de outra operadora
