★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a ocorrência e fui atendido prontamente. Inclusive até o supervisor veio para dar assistência. Resolveram o problema e a conexão está top. Vale ressaltar que em 8 meses de uso somente uma vez o sinal ficou ruim mas fui atendido rapidamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não contratem, péssimo serviço prestado. A internet cai o tempo todo e vivem em manutenção. Além do ramal de suporte técnico não funcionar. Não recomendo!!!!
Do not hire, terrible service provided. The internet goes down all the time and they live in maintenance. Plus the tech support extension doesn't work. I do not recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam mudar de nome de SUPER para cai cai net. Toda semana cai o sinal..quando funciona navega bem..mas semanalmente cai. Não recomendo.. é passar muita raiva.. principalmente se precisar para trabalhar pra ganhar dinheiro pra pagar a fatura deles...use sua Internet de dados móveis estará melhor servido. Detalhe suporte técnico Zero.
They should change their name from SUPER to cai cai net. Every week the signal drops...when it works, it navigates well...but weekly it drops. I don't recommend it...it's to be very angry...especially if you need to work to earn money to pay their bill...use your mobile data Internet will be better served. Zero technical support detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos primeiros dias após assinatura, a internet já apresentou instabilidade e só caindo. Além disso, péssimo atendimento. Se não demoram para te atender, ficam enrolando na hora de se apresentarem para prestar assistência nos serviço de suporte técnico. Não comprem.
