★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionada com o atendimento. Geralmente peço pelo Zé delivery e o atendimento é ótimo. Mas como o entregador me deixou contato direto, fiz o pedido pela distribuidora. E Pra minha surpresa já faz mais de 2 horas que fiz o pedido, além de não terem me entregado eu ligo e ninguém atende, nem para dar uma satisfação. Se não acharam o endereço por que não entrar em contato e avisar o idiota do cliente que está aguardando. Relaxo , falta de comprometimento, e de respeito com as pessoas.
Very disappointed with the service. I usually ask for Zé delivery and the service is great. But as the delivery person left me direct contact, I placed the order through the distributor. And to my surprise, it's been more than 2 hours since I placed the order, besides they didn't give it to me, I call and no one answers, not even to give an answer. If they didn't find the address, why not get in touch and let the idiot client know you're waiting. Relaxation, lack of commitment, and respect for people.
